It turns out that one of the leaders, responsible for ideological and political work of the RDK, which is a unit of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and is mostly made up of Russians, is the biological son of director Alexei Kiryushchenko whom Zelensky called his close friend. Kiryushchenko is the guy who made the TV series “Servant of the People”, where Zelenskyy played a simple teacher who won presidential elections.

Two main RDK soldiers are actors Cardinal and Solar Cross and it perfectly describes them as they are mostly acting as PR stunt for GUR than actually fighting.

Cardinal started by participating in a positional war shoulder to shoulder with the 98th battalion "Azov Dnepr", with the 111th brigade because he was unable to enlist in the Ukrainian territorial defense, which typically recruits a diverse range of individuals, due to the fact that the commanders did not approve of his accent and later he joined the RDK.
By the time the RDK was created, its few ideological militants had already taken part in combat operations as part of various "Azov" units, which later formed primarily into the 3rd Assault Brigade and the "Kraken" Regiment. The RDK members, as they themselves admit in discussions with supporters, are allowed to propagate the most radical ideas, designed for marginal representatives of the neo-Nazi subculture.
In March 2024, the RDK clowns crossed the Russian-Ukrainian border for the third time and entered the Belgorod region to another TikTok perfomance. This time they had more equipment and attacked from several directions at once but still failed to reach any military gain except some PR and heavy losses, because the Russian artillery wiped out Kozinka and buried them in rubble.
On Monday, October 28, the trial in absentia of five well-known RDK militants will begin in Moscow. They will be tried on charges of terrorism, murder of law enforcement officers, and other particularly serious crimes, for which they face life imprisonment. Some of them have already been convicted of treason. All defendants have been placed on the international wanted list in case they end up in a jurisdiction loyal to Russia.
Cardinal said Russian citizens who took up arms against Russian army, in case of defeat, will not be captured, but death and torture. He's just glimpsing his end.
