Large analytical research from Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on the situation in the world economy. Plenty of statistical data. However, main thesis that "the Russia’s war in Ukraine" is slowing and reversing development is flown. The main reason for the broken logistics is not the war/operation, but the Western sanctions against Russia. Report admits: "A re-division of the world into blocs separated by barriers would sacrifice some of the gains from specialisation, economies of scale and the diffusion of information and know-how. These changes would diminish the efficiency gains from having a global trade and financial system with a single dominant reserve currency." However, the times of $ as that single currency are gone (or going). It appears, that those barriers and divisions are damaging world economy more than Russian, which is just becoming more self-sufficient. "All that does not kill us makes us stronger" (Friedrich Nietzsche).
The world is paying a heavy price for Russia’s war in Ukraine. It is a humanitarian disaster, killing thousands and forcing millions from their homes. The war has also triggered a cost-of-living crisis, affecting people worldwide. When coupled with China’s zero-COVID policy, the war has set the global economy on a course of slower growth and rising inflation - a situation not seen since the 1970s. Rising inflation, largely driven by steep increases in the price of energy and food, is causing hardship for low-income people and raising serious food security risks in the world’s poorest economies.

ANKARA, 8 June. /TASS/. Russia will not take advantage of the demining of Ukrainian ports for military purposes and agrees "in one way or another" to issue appropriate guarantees. This was stated on Wednesday by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a press conference following talks with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu.
Moscow, according to the minister, is ready, through the mediation of the UN, to discuss with Kyiv the export of Ukrainian grain, but the solution of this issue depends only on Ukraine. At the same time, the meeting of Russian leader Vladimir Putin with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, who reaffirmed readiness for it the day before, is possible only after the resumption of the negotiation process as a whole, Lavrov stressed.
On the export of Ukrainian grain
Ankara considers it realistic to create a mechanism for the safe export of grain from Ukrainian ports with the participation of Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the United Nations, Cavusoglu said. According to Lavrov, Moscow is ready, in coordination with Ankara, to ensure the safety of ships leaving Ukrainian ports, the problems are only in the position of Kyiv, which until recently refused to clear its own territorial waters: “But if now, as our Turkish friends tell us, the Ukrainian side is ready to ensure the passage <...>, then let's hope that the problem will be solved. <...> If the Kyiv authorities have matured, we will only be happy to cooperate."
Russia, the minister noted, is ready to meet with representatives of Kyiv through the mediation of the UN, but the participation of the latter "except for some symbolism <...> will not add anything", to solve the problem it is enough that the Ukrainians "let the ships out of their ports."
At the same time, Lavrov stressed that the situation with Ukrainian grain, which the West and Kyiv itself are trying to transfer "into the category of a universal catastrophe," has nothing to do with the global food crisis: "The share of this grain in question is less than 1% of global wheat production.
About security for Ukrainian ports
"We guarantee <...> that, when and if Ukraine goes to demining and allows the withdrawal of ships from its ports, we will not use this situation in the interests of the ongoing special military operation. These are guarantees of the President of Russia, we are ready to formalize them either in a different way," Lavrov said.
On the possibility of a meeting between Putin and Zelensky
The opportunity for a meeting between Putin and Zelensky, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry stressed, will appear only after the resumption of negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv as a whole: "First, it is necessary that the negotiating teams resume work."
Lavrov called the Ukrainian president's approach to negotiations frivolous: "Zelensky wants a meeting for the sake of a meeting, he has seven Fridays a week <...>." At the same time, the resumption of the dialogue depends on the position of Kyiv, which has not yet responded to the Russian version of the agreement presented in mid-April: "The ball is on the side of the Ukrainians for almost two months."
In Ankara, according to Cavusoglu, they see an opportunity to resume negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv and are ready to organize, among other things, a meeting of the Russian and Ukrainian leaders. As the minister noted, Turkey understands Ukraine's dissatisfaction with the republic's refusal to join the anti-Russian sanctions, but "it tries to maintain a balanced policy from the very beginning and not try to please any of the parties."

On the behaviour of representatives of Ukraine
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry called the behaviour of Ukrainian ambassadors in a number of Western countries unacceptable and boorish: "I am also sometimes reproached for not choosing my expressions much, but still strong expressions are one thing, and the meaning of what is said is another thing." According to him, he briefly discussed this topic with Cavusoglu, and they "have a common understanding that it's better to talk decently after all."

The further development appears really worrying and explains reasons for that.
CHISINAU, 8 June. /TASS/. Ex-president of Moldova Igor Dodon announced the preparation of the military and political accession of the republic to Romania and warned of the danger of the country being drawn into a "bloody regional war".
"The military and political accession of our country to the territory of Romania is being prepared, with the rejection of neutrality. <...> To prepare a technical association, it was necessary that the Republic of Moldova demonstrate its inability to independently ensure economic, energy and territorial security. It was necessary to demoralize citizens so that they stopped believing in their own country," Dodon wrote on his Telegram channel on Wednesday. He paid no attention to the fact that today there is a threatening situation in the field of energy, food security, and the social sphere. The crisis is aggravated by the accession of Moldova to anti-Russian sanctions, consultations on the need to increase the defence capability of Moldova by Western countries. "There is a real danger of being drawn into a bloody regional war and losing statehood," the ex-president believes.
According to him, "it is clear that [Moldovan President] Maia Sandu and her external masters are following the Ukrainian scenario, provoking a deliberate destabilization of the situation," while the West "wants to use Moldovans as cannon fodder in the geopolitical battle that is currently being waged in this region." "In fact, all these armament processes and anti-Russian hysteria are organized on purpose to justify the presence of NATO troops on the territory of the Republic of Moldova," he said.
Discussions about joining Romania
In April of this year, the former Prime Minister of Moldova, Iurie Leanca, said that the republic should unite with Romania if the Russian army "comes close to the country's borders." He added that during the period of leadership of the Moldovan government (2013-2015) he found himself "in a similar situation" in 2014 and he "had such agreements" with the leadership of Romania.
A number of extra-parliamentary political parties in Moldova and Romania have been promoting the idea of uniting the two countries for many years with the tacit consent of the pro-European governments in Chisinau. According to public opinion polls, they have not yet received wide support.
After the collapse of the USSR, Moldova declared independence, but the politicians of neighbouring Romania consider this territory a part of their country and advocate their unification. In 2018, Moldovan parties in favour of unification with Romania celebrated the centenary of the events of 1918. Then Bucharest sent troops to the territory of Bessarabia, and the Sfatul tsarii (Council of the Territory) created in Chisinau voted for its unification with the neighbouring country. In June 1940, as a result of the signing of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, Romania returned this territory to the USSR, which did not recognize its annexation.
The Romanian authorities have not yet ratified the basic political treaty with the republic.

Our source reports that the business elite of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, almost all of them, have begun fully cooperating with the Russians.
This is a big image blow for Bankova (Presidential Administration of Ukraine). If the local elite goes over to the side of the Russians, this means that people will gradually perceive the “new reality”, and by the end of the year these regions will completely live in a “different world” from Kyiv.

“Apart from cereals, what other goods did you steal from Ukraine and who did you sell them to?” the journalist asked.
Lavrov, smiling, replied: “You[Ukrainians] - (insert by Gardian) are always worried about what you can steal and you think everyone thinks that way.
“Our goals there are clear, we want to save people from the pressure of the neo-Nazi regime. We are not obstructing the grain. In order for it to leave the ports, Mr Zelenskiy must give the order, that’s all,” he added.

Russia will not step on the same rake as the USSR - Putin.
Its economy will remain open, the president said at the exhibition in honor of the 350th anniversary of Peter I.
Collected the main thing:
The consolidation of society is impossible if the economy "limps, sneezes and coughs".
Restrictions in microelectronics are one of the main areas of attack on Russia.
▪️"In the West, inflation is already called by my name, but we have absolutely nothing to do with it."
A country like Russia is "impossible to enclose with a fence," and she herself is not going to fence herself off.
Peter I returned and strengthened the territories, and this fate also fell to our lot.
A state cannot have an "intermediate state" — either a colony or sovereignty.
