आज के Industrial Automation युग में F21-E1B Wireless Remote Control System का उपयोग EOT Crane, Electric Hoist, Gantry Crane और विभिन्न प्रकार की Industrial Machines को सुरक्षित रूप से दूर से नियंत्रित करने के लिए किया जाता है।
🔹 Wireless Remote System क्या है?
यह एक Radio Frequency आधारित Control System है जिसमें दो मुख्य भाग होते हैं:
✅ Transmitter (Remote)
✅ Receiver (Control Unit)
Operator Remote से Command भेजता है और Receiver उस Signal को Receive करके संबंधित Contactor को Operate करता है।
🔹 Receiver Wiring Details
Power Supply
Black Wire ➜ Power 1
Brown Wire ➜ Power 2
इन दोनों तारों पर 24V AC/DC Supply दी जाती है जिससे Receiver Operate होता है।
Main Control Circuit
Orange Wire ➜ COM (Main)
Red Wire ➜ Main (COM)
START बटन दबाने पर Orange और Red Wire के बीच Relay Contact Close होता है, जिससे Main Contactor Energize हो जाता है।
STOP दबाने पर यह Circuit Open हो जाता है और पूरी मशीन सुरक्षित रूप से बंद हो जाती है।

Hoist Motion
Yellow Wire ➜ UP
Green Wire ➜ DOWN
UP बटन दबाने पर Hoist ऊपर उठती है।
DOWN बटन दबाने पर Hoist नीचे आती है।
Cross Travel Motion
Blue Wire ➜ EAST
Purple Wire ➜ WEST
EAST और WEST Commands Crane को Left-Right दिशा में चलाने के लिए उपयोग होती हैं।
Long Travel Motion
Grey Wire ➜ SOUTH
White Wire ➜ NORTH
इन Commands के द्वारा Crane Rail Track पर आगे-पीछे चलती है।
