Additionally as few of you already know, it seems like RoboForex is from time to time hitting trader’s stop losses even at prices which did not occur during a trading day session.
A similar situation happened to me just few weeks ago, when my SL was hit for a price which they could not prove it happened. I of course complained, but they tried to put it into “black hole”. As I resisted on official reply, they just said their margin spread jumped just to my price for 1 second - which was 5x bigger than their daily average of spread (and this was not during a volatile hour of day). I compared that particular bar with other brokers, etc… and non of them had it in their books.
Now it’s a closed case with RoboForex, but a bad feeling remains.
So, that’s the reason why my activity at CopyFX is limited recently.
I trade my private accounts with broker which is used also by real pro traders. Much simpler, but more importantly with extremely low and FIXED spreads.
