*ORACIÓN AL CORAZÓN DE JESÚS*
Sacratísimo Corazón de Jesús, ¡cuántas veces te he ofendido!
Corazón de mi Señor, ¡cuánto te he ignorado!
¡Amadísimo Corazón de Jesucristo, despreciado por el mundo, y por tantos ultrajado!
Ahora vengo a este tu Corazón, abierto por mí, por cada uno de nosotros,
a pedirte perdón,
a dar satisfacción, consuelo y a reparar por el mal que he hecho,
por el mal en la Iglesia,
y por el mal del mundo.
Vengo a este Corazón que palpita en la Eucaristía,
en cada sagrario de la tierra, en cada altar donde estás expuesto;
vengo a este Corazón en el que encuentro siempre refugio;
vengo, mi Señor y Salvador, a decirte que te amo y que en ti confío.
Tú sabes, mi Señor,
que he consagrado mi vida
al Corazón Inmaculado de tu Madre
para que Ella me lleve a ti
y así estar cada vez más cerca de ti
y poder como Ella decirte:
¡Soy todo tuyo, Señor!
Deseo, mi Dios, tener tus mismos sentimientos:
que mi corazón sea como el tuyo, humilde y manso,
ardiente de amor y lleno de misericordia para con todos.
Deseo serte siempre fiel y trabajar para tu Reino con las fuerzas que Tú me des.
Y cada vez que caiga en la prueba o decaiga en el fervor, escucha los ruegos de tu Madre y reálzame Señor.
Amén.

THE THREE SORROWS THAT BELONG TO OUR LORD’S CHILDHOOD
BECAUSE natural love is profaned in the world, it is necessary that the purest, tenderest and holiest of natural loves should be offered up in sacrifice, in reparation. The Virgin Mary must be separated from her Child. Her hardest suffering must be to see Him withdrawing Himself from her affection.
First Sorrow. — Mary knew from the word of the Angel that the Holy Ghost should come upon her, that the power of the Most High should overshadow her, and that the Child to be born of her should be holy and should be called the Son of God. Later she heard the voice of Elizabeth proclaiming her blessed among women and saluting her as Mother of her Lord.
