⭐Maulana Masood Azhar was not present at the secret meeting, and no reason for this was provided to the terrorist commanders.

⭐According to intelligence, Masood Azhar's brother, Maulana Ammar Alvi, alias Mohiuddin Aurangzeb, informed all the commanders that he was preparing the accused arrested in Saharanpur and Faridabad through two of his handlers for Fidayeen attacks in India.

🚨Jaish-e-Mohammed 🇵🇰 Faridabad–Saharanpur Module Used Encrypted ‘Session’ App to Talk to Handlers, Meetings Held in Turkey 🇹🇷 to Avoid Detection.


⭐A major revelation has surfaced in the investigation into the Faridabad–Saharanpur module of terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM). According to sources from intelligence, the two arrested doctors Dr. Muzammil and Dr. Umar used an encrypted messenger app called “Session” to communicate with their handlers. The app does not require a mobile number for account creation and does not store any chat metadata, making it nearly impossible to trace conversations.

⭐Sources added that Session also masks a user’s IP address by redirecting traffic through other servers, preventing investigators from determining a user’s true location. Combined with the fact that no phone number is required, this made tracing and identifying users significantly more difficult for security agencies.

⭐According to sources, Dr. Muzammil revealed during interrogation that, in the early days of his association with JeM, he used to communicate with a handler who went by the alias “Abu Ukasa.” This handler used a virtual number registered in Turkey. Initially, the communication took place over WhatsApp using a number starting with the Turkish country code +90, but later, the handler instructed both doctors to switch to the Session app for enhanced secrecy, ensuring that their chats could never be leaked or detected by intelligence agencies.

⭐During questioning, Dr. Muzammil reportedly confessed that in 2022, the meeting location with their JeM handlers was chosen to be in Turkey to avoid raising suspicion within Indian security networks. Both doctors reportedly traveled to Turkey, where they met several Jaish handlers, including the one identified as Abu Ukasa. Sources further indicated that Turkey was specifically chosen for the meeting since the handler also operated using a Turkish virtual number. The intention was that, in case of any arrest or exposure, no direct link to Pakistan or Jaish-e-Mohammed could be established.

⭐The investigation has also revealed that this “hybrid” terror module of doctors was part of two Telegram groups “Umar Bin Khattab” and “Farzand Darul Uloom.” Intelligence agencies suspect both groups to be directly linked to JeM, as they frequently shared old statements and letters by Jaish founder Maulana Masood Azhar, along with propaganda content promoting jihad and extremist ideology.

⭐Dr Adeel Ahmed Rather and Dr Shaheen Shahid were getting instructions via two online accounts from Pakistan with codenames, Dr Ukasha & Dr Hashim alias Arif Nisar.

⭐They used multiple apps from Telegram to Signal, to remain in touch. Hashim is Pakistan-based handler, who also uses the name ‘Arif Nisar’. It could also be that Ukasha and Nisar are the same person.
