🚨 Pakistan Security Update | ISKP Claim

Attribution: The Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) has claimed responsibility for the following incidents:

Bajaur (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa):
ISKP claims it targeted an individual accused of links to Pakistani intelligence in the Batk area using small-arms fire. The individual was reportedly killed.

Quetta (Balochistan):
ISKP claims responsibility for a shooting in the Hazar Ganji area, reportedly targeting members of the Shia community. Initial information indicates 5 casualties (killed and injured combined).

⭐Umar Farooq, DC Palandri held meeting with Amir Zia, LeT POK (Poonch District Head) for the establishment of Azad Patan Water Rescue & Training Center in Pallandari, POK.

⭐PoK Government might provide funding and support for the construction of this project which will cost around 5 Crore PKR. Lashkar is also doing fundraising for this project.

Note: It is separate under construction project. Meanwhile, Mangla Dam Training Area is operational.

🚨 Baloch Insurgency Reaches the Sea – New Front Opens

On 12 April 2026, a Pakistan Coast Guards patrol boat was attacked in the Arabian Sea near Jiwani (Gwadar district), close to the Iran–Pakistan maritime boundary.

⚔️ The vessel, on routine patrol, came under armed fire from Baloch separatist militants, leaving 3 personnel dead.

📌 The Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility, calling it a shift into maritime operations.

🌊 Widely seen as a first-ever sea-based strike by Baloch militants on a Pakistani maritime security asset.

📍 Why it matters:
• Conflict expanding from land → sea
• Increased risk around Gwadar & coastal infrastructure
• Possible future attacks on naval/logistics targets

🚨Pakistan recently hosted a peace talks at Serena Hotel, Islamabad involving US VP JD Vance and Iran’s leadership but couldn’t pay the bill. The payment was quietly covered by the Aga Khan Development Network.
