Suspected Pak Drone Triggers Search in J&K’s Samba on September 05

Authorities launched a joint search after a suspected Pakistani drone flew over a military garrison in Samba, around 2135 hrs on Friday. The drone, spotted at over 700 metres altitude, prompted an alert, activation of Army quick reaction teams, and police involvement to check for possible weapon or narcotics drops.

🚨 Zamuran IED Attack

An IED blast targeting a Pakistani forces vehicle in the Niwano area of Zamuran, Kech district, has left at least 10 personnel dead or injured. Two of the slain soldiers have been identified as Naik Tahir and Naik Bilal.

This comes just days after a similar attack in the same area, claimed by the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), which killed seven military personnel.

A person from the Pakistani side was apprehended by BSF troops near the international boundary at around 2205 hrs.
