๐Ÿšจ BLF Claims Capture of Thalkhavi Camp | Mastung

The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed that its fighters captured the Thalkhavi Camp in the Dasht area of Mastung after maintaining a siege around the position for four days.

The siege eventually disrupted supplies of food and water to the personnel stationed inside the camp. BLF said after their supplies were exhausted, the soldiers attempted to leave the position and abandon the camp.

The group says its fighters intercepted and ambushed the personnel as they attempted to withdraw, targeting those fleeing the camp.

BLF further claims that its fighters subsequently entered and took control of the position, where they raised the organisationโ€™s flag. The campโ€™s structures were then reportedly destroyed.

According to the statement, BLF fighters retained control of the area for approximately three days before eventually withdrawing from the position.

โ—AQIS Releases Documentary on Former Commander

โญAl-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) has released a documentary on Khurram Saeed Kiyani, also known as Haji Qasim, highlighting his activities in southern Afghanistan.

โญAccording to the material released by AQIS, Kiyani was involved in operations against US forces in Ghazni and Zabul and had previously been associated with Al-Badr Mujahideen before joining Al-Qaeda.
Kiyani was reportedly killed in a US drone strike in Zabul in 2017.

The release provides insight into AQISโ€™s earlier operational networks in southern Afghanistan and the movement of militants between Pakistan-based jihadist organisations and Al-Qaeda.

๐Ÿšจ Nangarhar & Zibak | Afghanistan

Around 25 Taliban members were reportedly killed in an ISKP attack in the Mamand area of Achin district, Nangarhar, according to a Taliban source.

The same reports claim that some of those killed were beheaded after the attack.

Achin has long been a major ISKP stronghold and a hotspot of fighting between the group and the Taliban. A reported attack of this scale would be significant for the security situation in eastern Afghanistan, particularly given Achinโ€™s proximity to the Pakistan border.
The claims have not been independently verified.

2nd Update

๐Ÿ”ด Afghanistan, Zibak, Badakhshan

The Afghanistan Freedom Front (AFF) has claimed responsibility for an attack on Taliban positions in Zibak district of Badakhshan province.

According to a statement issued by the group on Saturday, 24 Asad, the attack took place on Friday and involved mortar fire targeting positions where AFF claimed Taliban forces were preparing for an operation.

The group further claimed that the attack caused casualties among Taliban personnel, with those wounded reportedly transported to medical facilities in Zibak and hospitals in Faizabad.

The claims have not been independently verified.

โ—TTP Releases Video Marking Pakistanโ€™s Independence Day

Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), through its Umar Media outlet, has released a video dated 14 August 2026, Pakistanโ€™s Independence Day.

The first half focuses on TTPโ€™s ideological messaging, criticising Pakistanโ€™s Independence Day celebrations and portraying activities such as music and dancing as contrary to its interpretation of Islam. The video also attacks the Pakistani military, accusing it of operating for material interests and acting contrary to Islamic principles.

The later portion shifts to footage of TTP militants and attacks attributed to the group, combining its ideological narrative with operational footage.

The release appears intended to use Independence Day as a platform to challenge the legitimacy of the Pakistani state and promote TTPโ€™s insurgent narrative.

๐ŸšจMeet Anas Mallick. He works for ISI & MOIB funded Asia One News. He was pretending as NADRA's CNIC Expert to protect LeT Terrorists. โญHe was also spreading propaganda that Pahalgam attack terrorists weren't Pakistani.  ๐Ÿ‘จFull Name: Md Anas Ahsan Mallickโ€ฆ
โœAnas Mallick who is Diplomatic Editor at ISI sponsored Asia One News, spends every day spreading lies, forgery, and deceptive comments.

There are key takeaways from his story:

1. The Pakistani mainstream be it the Military, Foreign Affairs, or the Media loves fraudulent personnel who have a history of forgery and can tell lies effortlessly. Aside from Anas, the current DJ-ISPR and Tahir Andrabi are two more examples of forgery, as both can tell lies effortlessly.

Our recent post on the reported capture of the Talkhari Camp by the BLF seems to have attracted a wave of DG ISPR-linked digital accounts responding in a coordinated, though remarkably unsophisticated, manner. The attached images speak for themselves.

This is not how effective information warfare is conducted. When nearly every account pushing the counter-narrative is visibly based in Pakistan, the coordination becomes immediately apparent. Creating accounts with names associated with Balochistan and then attempting to dilute or obscure inconvenient facts does little to strengthen credibility. If the objective is narrative management, the approach needs to be considerably more subtle, credible and convincing.

Please come back with something different.
