As per the announcement, a event is scheduled to commence at 07:30hrs on 8 July at Burhan Wani Chowk, Muzaffarabad, PoJK. The organisers also announced a 1.4-km "so-called Run for Freedom" from Central Press Club to Rashidabad, Jhelum Road, Punjab - Pakistan. These programs appears intended to mobilise local youth and generate public participation around the anniversary of terrorist Burhan Wani.
