11 — The United States undertakes that, in light of the progress of negotiations towards a final agreement, frozen or restricted funds and assets of the Islamic Republic of Iran will be released and made fully available.

These funds, whether held in the master account or transferred, will be used for any final beneficiary payment determined by the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran and will be fully available for use. The United States undertakes to issue all necessary permits and licenses on this basis.

12 — The Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States agree that an implementation mechanism will be established to oversee the successful implementation of and future commitment to the Final Agreement.

13 — Following the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding, and upon receipt of assurances regarding the commencement of implementation of Articles 4, 5, 10, and 11 of this Memorandum of Understanding, and the continued implementation of these steps, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States will enter into negotiations for a Final Agreement solely with respect to the remaining Articles.

14 — The final agreement will be approved through a binding resolution of the UN Security Council.

🚨Afghanistan Claims Cross-Border Airstrikes on Alleged ISKP Targets in Pakistan

The Taliban-led Afghan Ministry of Defense has announced that its Air Force conducted a series of airstrikes against alleged Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) targets in Pakistan's Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces during the night of 18–19 June.

According to the statement, the strikes targeted locations in the Gulistan area of Qila Abdullah District and the Shakar Ab Jungle Gardi area of Chagai District, Balochistan, as well as an alleged ISKP facility in the Qambar Khel area of Khyber District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The ministry claimed that all pre-designated targets were successfully struck.

Separately, Taliban-aligned outlet Al-Mirsaad reported that a suspected ISKP hideout in the Qambar Khel area was destroyed during the operation, with multiple militants reportedly killed. Casualty figures remain unconfirmed.

Al-Mirsaad further stated that previous strikes had targeted alleged ISKP facilities in Jabbar Mela and Shanko, Bara. The Jabbar Mela facility was reportedly operated by ISKP figures Abdul Hakim Tawhidi and Gul Nazim, while a separate strike in Shanko reportedly killed 11 militants.

From an Indian OSINT perspective, the key issue is not whether this represents a mature capability yet, but whether Pakistan can scale low-cost engines for drones, target systems and loitering munitions.

Create accounts on X, share credible updates, build your presence organically and contribute responsibly to the national conversation. The Indian Armed Forces and agencies are doing their part, but countering threats in the information domain requires a wider whole-of-nation approach.

India has the world’s largest youth population, and this strength must be reflected in the digital domain as well. Independent voices, working organically and in a decentralised mosaic structure, can collectively challenge coordinated hostile narratives.

The objective should not be to spread lies or propaganda. India does not need to manufacture falsehoods. The fault lines within hostile systems already exist. Our role is to expose them with facts, evidence, consistency and credibility.

✍The next conflict will not begin only at the border. It will also unfold on timelines, comment sections, messaging platforms, search engines and global media spaces. By the time a crisis begins, it is already too late to create capacity. Networks, credibility, reach and discipline have to be built before the crisis.

Be credible. Be consistent. Verify before posting. Avoid hate. Avoid exaggeration. Do not compromise operational security. Do not share unverified military information. Focus on exposing hostile propaganda, correcting false narratives and strengthening India’s information resilience.

When the next conflict unfolds, India should not be searching for digital responders. It should already have a large, disciplined and organic community of digital warriors ready to support the national narrative with truth, evidence and clarity.
