⭐Despite being publicly presented as a religious cleric, he is identified as a key figure in the militant group’s infrastructure.

Violent History and Rewards: Abid was allegedly involved in a 2012-13 attack on the Indian Army that resulted in the killing and mutilation of soldiers. Sources claim that Pakistan's intelligence agency (ISI) rewarded him with PKR 1 million for the operation. He has since been promoted through various roles, including heading a terror camp in Muzaffarabad and receiving the title “Ustad-ul-Mujahideen Ghazi.”

Institutional Support: Despite Pakistan’s official claims of dismantling terror infrastructure to comply with international standards (such as the FATF), groups like LeT and Jaish-e-Mohammed maintain operational control over their facilities with oversight from the country's establishment.

Financial and Tactical Role: Abid reportedly receives a monthly stipend of nearly PKR 500,000 and continues to supervise "Daura-e-Suffa," an indoctrination and training program for new recruits.

🚨 ISKP – Bajaur (KP)

On 29 April, Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) claimed responsibility for the targeted killing of an individual it described as a “spy” linked to Pakistani intelligence.

According to the group’s statement, the incident occurred in Kamser town, Mamund area of Bajaur district, where the individual was reportedly shot dead.

The claim has not been independently verified at the time of writing.

Further details released via Al-Naba', linked to Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), provide additional context to the 29 April incident in Mamund, Bajaur.

The publication claims the attack in Kamsar town was carried out using small-arms fire and alleges the primary target had links to Pakistani intelligence and had been under surveillance for an extended period.

It further states that a second individual present at the scene was also killed after attempting to intervene.
