Anti-India Political Sitrep

Kashmir Solidarity Day (5 February): Preparatory activities for Kashmir Solidarity Day have reportedly commenced through Pakistani embassies and high commissions overseas. These efforts are aimed at mobilising diaspora networks and amplifying anti-India narratives on international platforms.

JKLF Mobilisation: Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) is assessed to be initiating preparations to observe the death anniversaries of Maqbool Bhat (11 February) and Afzal Guru (9 February). These commemorations are to be leveraged for symbolic mobilisation, propaganda dissemination, and low-level agitation, particularly in online and diaspora spaces.

SFJ Provocation Ahead of Republic Day: Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun has released a video message calling upon pro-Khalistan elements and select social groups to deface or target statues of B.R. Ambedkar across India on 26 January. The messaging frames the Indian Constitution and Ambedkar as instruments against Sikh self-determination, indicating a deliberate attempt to provoke communal and caste-based tensions. SFJ has also claimed allocation of funds (USD 110,000) to disrupt Republic Day symbolism, including the flag-hoisting ceremony. While the operational feasibility of such claims remains unverified, the rhetoric suggests heightened intent to incite symbolic disruption and psychological impact around Republic Day.

Overall Assessment: The above developments indicate a convergence of symbolic dates and coordinated propaganda efforts, with a moderate risk of online radicalisation, isolated acts of vandalism, or attempted provocation, particularly around early February and Republic Day-linked timelines.

Indian and Pakistani politicians and civil society members, meeting online under the aegis of the Center for Peace and Progress, urged New Delhi and Islamabad to restart bilateral dialogue, revive the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) process, and ease cross-border travel restrictions to rebuild trust.

The Zoom discussion included Farooq Abdullah, Farhatullah Babar, and Manoj Jha, along with speakers from both countries. Participants stressed that stalled official channels must be supplemented by sustained people-to-people engagement.

Abdullah called for talks “to find a way forward,” warning that prolonged conflict is draining both economies, and reiterated that Kashmir remains a central dispute.

🚨 Deep State & United Nations Lies Exposed about Bangladesh Regime Change 🇧🇩

According to the government’s own figures, the number of deaths is around 800, whereas the United Nations claims the figure is 1,400.

More than 500 killings took place between 5 August and 15 August after the fall of the government so who is actually responsible for those deaths?

The allegations of mass graves are a ‘staged drama’ by the Yunus government. Justice cannot be one-eyed; it must be equal for everyone, and the incidents of violence that occurred after 5 August must also be brought to justice.'

1⃣ Fresh intelligence inputs reveal a dangerous escalation in Pakistan’s proxy war against India. Pakistan’s intelligence agency, Inter-Services Intelligence, has operationalised a joint headquarters of Lashkar-e-Taiba and Islamic State Khorasan Province in the mountainous Khyber District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The explicit objective of this facility is to plan and execute major terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir.

2⃣ According to intelligence sources, command of the LeT–ISKP joint headquarters in Khyber District has been handed to Hafiz Zubair Mujahid, a veteran terrorist deeply embedded in Pakistan’s terror ecosystem. Before his deputation to ISKP in 2019, he served as Lashkar-e-Taiba’s key liaison with Pakistan Army’s Military Intelligence, facilitating infiltration into India through long-time ISI assets Shamsher Nai, Rafiq Nai, and Qasim Lala.
🤬35
3⃣ During his tenure with ISKP, Hafiz Zubair Mujahid established bases in Balochistan and coordinated multiple attacks in Afghanistan. He has now been tasked with merging Afghan-national ISKP terrorists with Lashkar’s existing networks for operations in Jammu and Kashmir.

4⃣ Earlier it was learnt about ISI-directed coordination between LeT and ISKP to activate a 12-member fidayeen module inside J&K. The module has been split into three operational groups led by Abu Huraira, Mohammad Umar alias Khargosh, and Mohammad Rizwan alias Abu Dujana, all Pakistani nationals. The entire hybrid formation is being supervised by Huzaifa Bakkarwal, a senior Lashkar commander with direct access to handlers based in Rawalpindi. Sources indicate that ISI plans to expand the current 12-member hybrid module into a much larger formation.
🤬301
5⃣ Over the next six months, ISI aims to induct 45–60 Afghan terrorists, increasing each operational group’s strength to 15–20 cadres. While Afghan operatives will be pushed into India, hundreds of Pakistani ISKP cadres stationed in Tirah Valley will be tactically deployed by ISI within Pakistan, primarily against Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Baloch insurgents in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

6⃣ Intelligence inputs attribute the conceptualisation of this joint terror brigade to Pakistan Army’s X Corps, led by Lieutenant General Amer Ahsan Nawaz, in coordination with Brigadier Faiq Ayub, ISI’s PoK sector commander. After August 2025, during a high-level meeting between Brigadier Faiq Ayub, Saifullah Sajid Jatt and Huzaifa Bakrwal, it was decided to embed the 12 members LeT fidayeen group with ISKP. Along with Huzaifa Bakarwal, LeT’s Nazim-e-Aala Rana Mohammad Ashfaq is also managing the operational coordination and acting as another liaisoning node between LeT and ISKP. It is to be noted that Rana Mohammad Ashfaq is managing LeT’s overall operations and expansion activities in Balochistan.

7⃣ Nai brothers, i.e., Rafiq Nai alias Sultan alias Raza Raheel and Shamsher Nai alias Zafar Iqbal alias Salim alias Jamaldeen alias Shamsher Khan played an instrumental role in providing infiltration and logistical support to the cadres of the PAFF in reviving terrorism in Poonch and Rajouri districts since 2021. Nai brothers, originally from Naka Majhari, Tehsil Mendhar, Poonch, now operate from PoK. Rafiq is the launching commander of the Pakistan-based proscribed terrorist organisations, Tehreek-ul-Mujahideen (TuM) and the Jammu Kashmir Ghaznavi Force (JKGF).  On the other hand, Samsher serves as a launching commander for Harkat-ul-Jihad-e-Islami (HuJI) and the Jammu Kashmir Ghaznavi Force (JKGF).
