Mohd. Amin urf Jahangeer Saroori resident of Saroor village of Kishtwar district ,Jammu has been active in J&K since 1992 and is glorified by Pakistani handlers while recruiting Kashmiri youth.
He operated in Kishtwar, Doda, Ramban and Bhaderwah areas before turning dormant for a long time. Later, he resumed terror activities and was the mastermind behind the murders of BJP state secretary Anil Parihar and his brother Ajit Parihar in Kishtwar in November 2018. He also plotted the killings of RSS functionary Chandrakant Sharma and his bodyguard in April 2019.
Was involved in transporting explosives from PoJK to Delhi , in 2011 Delhi HC Blast which killed 15 people.He was also involved in killing of 5 BRO Jawans in Sinthan Area of Kishtwar

BLF’s Saddo Operational Battalion (SOB) released new details on the Nokundi Brigade HQ attack, claiming 76 Pakistani military personnel and foreign employees of the Saindak/Reko Diq projects were killed during the 36-hour battle.
BLF confirms 6 SOB fighters were killed, including commander Asif Baloch, second-in-command Inayat Sahil, and Zareena Rafiq, the first female “self-sacrificer” of the group who detonated the compound’s entry barriers.
BLF states negotiations were briefly offered but Pakistan resumed heavy force, including artillery, aerial strikes, and SSG assaults. The group warns foreign investors that all economic rights in Balochistan belong solely to the Baloch nation.
