⭐Dr Adeel Ahmed Rather and Dr Shaheen Shahid were getting instructions via two online accounts from Pakistan with codenames, Dr Ukasha & Dr Hashim alias Arif Nisar.

⭐They used multiple apps from Telegram to Signal, to remain in touch. Hashim is Pakistan-based handler, who also uses the name ‘Arif Nisar’. It could also be that Ukasha and Nisar are the same person.

🚨Observation about Lashkar-e-Taiba meeting in POJK.

✍Just after meeting of Lashkar-e-Taiba 🇵🇰 in Kotli, POJK. Their Terrorists are spreading slightly old footage of their Top Commanders issuing direct threats to India.

✍Their Commanders based in POJK is saying in those videos that they will increase their Terrorist attack intensity.

✍They are not repeating same mistake they did before Pahalgam attack in which they live telecasted their rally in Rawalakot, POJK on 18th April 2025. All their top leaders were openly threatening India in that Rawalakot rally.

🚨Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) 🇵🇰Commander Abu Moosa, alias Abdullah Kashmiri had recruited Pahalgam Attack Terrorist Hanan Zafar into Lashkar.

⭐Hanan Zafar underwent Daura-e-Suffa and Daura-e-Ummah training at Lashkar’s Suffa Academy in Muridke.

⭐He later completed Daura-e-Lashkar at the KFC Camp in Muzaffarabad and Daura-e-Fidai (suicide ambush training) at Forward Kahuta before infiltrating the Indian side.

✍J&K DGP Nalin Prabhat's Statement on Nowgam Incident

⭐During investigation of FIR No 162/2025 of PS Nowgam, a huge cache of explosive substances, chemicals and reagents were also recovered from Faridabad on 09th and 10th Nov 2025. The recovery was transported and kept securely in the open area of the PS.

⭐As part of the prescribed procedure, the samples of the recovery had to be forwarded for further forensic and chemical examination.

⭐On account of the voluminous recovery, the said process was going on for 2 days by the FSL team.

⭐Owing to the unstable and sensitive nature of the recovery, it was being handled with utmost caution. However, during the same, an accidental explosion took place at about 11:20 PM on 14.11.2025 (Yesterday night). Any other speculation into the cause of this incident are unnecessary.

⭐In this unfortunate incident, 09 people have lost their lives (1 SIA, 03 FSL, 02 crime wing, 02 revenue officials, 01 tailor who was associated with the team). In addition, 27 Police personnel, 02 revenue officials and 03 civilians have also received injuries. The injured were immediately evacuated to the hospital.

⭐The building of the Police Station has been severely damaged and adjacent buildings too have been affected. The extent is being ascertained.

⭐The cause for this unfortunate incident is being inquired into.

⭐J&K police stands in solidarity with the family of the deceased in this hour of grief.

🔴 Major Breakthrough in Jaish-e-Mohammed 🇵🇰 Fidayeen Squad Probe

⭐️Faridabad–Saharanpur Module Led by Dr. Muzaffar Ahmed Rather; Travelled to Afghanistan for Suicide-Bomb Training, Now Suspected in Helmand or Kunar

⭐️Five days into the probe of Jaish-e-Mohammed’s fidayeen module, intelligence agencies have uncovered major findings. Latest inputs confirm that the Faridabad–Saharanpur module operating inside India was being directed by Dr. Muzaffar Ahmed Rather, brother of accused Dr. Adil Ahmed. Muzaffar is currently believed to be in Afghanistan.

⭐️According to sources, on 22 August, Muzaffar travelled to Afghanistan via Dubai on the instructions of Ammar Alvi, the chief commander of JeM’s fidayeen squad and brother of Masood Azhar. His mission, as per intelligence, was to receive training in suicide-bomb construction.

⭐️Investigators say Muzaffar reached Kabul International Airport and is now suspected to be either in Sangin, Helmand, or in Kunar province, where a joint JeM–Al-Qaeda facility operates. This site is known for training terrorists in assembling ammonium-nitrate–based fidayeen explosives.

⭐️The probe has also revealed significant digital evidence. From the phones of Dr. Muzammil and Dr. Adil, over 3,000 videos have been recovered, including 42 videos detailing the preparation of fidayeen bombs. Interrogation of Dr. Adil, Dr. Muzammil and Maulvi Irfan Ahmed has identified three Pakistan-based handlers: Abu Ukasa, Nisar, and Hanzullah. These handlers communicated with the module using foreign SIM cards, and the bomb-making videos on the accused’s phones were sent by Hanzullah.

Sources also add that:

1️⃣Abu Ukasa used the Session app with a Turkish virtual number

2️⃣Nisar and Hanzullah coordinated via UAE (+971) Telegram numbers

3️⃣All three names are believed to be aliases, and their real identities remain unknown.

⭐️Investigators have now established that Dr. Muzaffar Ahmed Rather was the operational head of the module. It has also come to light that during the period 1–18 March 2022, when Adil and Muzammil travelled to Turkey to meet JeM handler Abu Ukasa, Muzaffar had travelled to Turkey as well. This indicates that several layers of the Faridabad–Saharanpur network are still being uncovered, with agencies working jointly to map the remaining links.

⭐️Additionally, scrutiny of Muzaffar’s Facebook account shows he had been in contact with multiple Hizbul Mujahideen and JeM handlers on the platform.

⭐️Given the emerging evidence, agencies are likely to request Interpol to issue a Red Corner Notice against Dr. Muzaffar Ahmed Rather, identified as the mastermind of the module.
