Yemeni government forces claim they have taken control of the strategic Bab el-Mandeb area from the Houthis during “Operation Dawn of Yemen,” Anadolu Agency reports.

The army says the Southern Giants Brigades and Nation’s Shield forces also seized Dhubab airport and cut the road between Dhubab and Mokha. Hundreds of Houthi fighters were reportedly surrounded in the area.

A new documentary details China’s years-long crackdown on telecom fraud networks operating in northern Myanmar, with one major arrest operation reportedly lasting just 10 minutes, Global Times reports.
