According to the document, “to the maximum extent permitted by law,” all US government departments and agencies shall use the term “Super intelligence.”

🇷🇺 Volodin Re-Elected as Russia’s State Duma Speaker for a Third Consecutive Term

Vyacheslav Volodin has become the first speaker in the history of Russia’s State Duma to lead the lower house for more than two consecutive terms.

At the first plenary session of the ninth State Duma on September 30, Volodin was re-elected speaker with 406 of 442 deputies voting in his favor. He was nominated by the United Russia faction.

Volodin previously served as speaker of the seventh and eighth State Dumas, beginning his tenure in 2016.

🇵🇸 Israeli Attacks on Gaza Kill 7 as ‘Ceasefire’ Violations Continue

At least seven Palestinians have been killed and more than 10 wounded in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip, according to Al Jazeera.

Six people were killed in an Israeli drone strike targeting a passenger van in Tal al-Hawa, southwest Gaza City. Medical teams transported 13 wounded people to al-Quds Hospital, with several reported to be in critical condition.

Another woman was reportedly killed in a strike on a residential apartment near al-Shifa Hospital. Gaza’s Health Ministry said at least 1,431 Palestinians have been killed and 5,026 wounded since the ceasefire began in October last year.

A Flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv was diverted to Saudi Arabia following an altercation in the cockpit, according to the airline and media reports. Emergency codes were reportedly transmitted, while both pilots were injured and taken to hospital. All 174 passengers and crew were reported safe. An investigation is underway.
