She attached a special harness to the upper rail, clamped onto it with her teeth and launched into a rapid spin while the train was moving.

India’s Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar has reportedly assured Bihar that the state’s concerns over the Farakka Barrage and the India-Bangladesh water-sharing treaty will be raised during the renewal process.

Bihar argues that much of the water reaching Farakka originates from its catchment areas—but the state has not received what it considers its fair share for drinking water, irrigation and industry.

Now Bihar wants a seat at the table.
