President Emmanuel Macron says Ukraine will receive licenses to manufacture SCALP-EG cruise missiles, Aster-30 interceptors, and AASM glide bombs on Ukrainian soil.

🇨🇳🇺🇬 China has dispatched public health experts to Uganda to support efforts to contain the ongoing Ebola outbreak, following an invitation from the Africa CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO).

The two specialists, selected by China's National Disease Control and Prevention Administration, joined the Joint Continental Incident Management Support Team (IMST) and departed Beijing on July 15.

The team will work alongside international experts on outbreak assessment, surveillance, laboratory testing, cross-border preparedness, and emergency response coordination.

China says the mission reflects its continued support for Africa's public health efforts and follows previous deployments of Chinese medical teams to assist Ebola response operations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
