Lorenzo Salgado, a Mexican father of three, was killed during a confrontation in which he reportedly rammed his vehicle into an ICE vehicle while trying to flee.
Salgadoโs family claims he believed he was being followed by criminals and would have stopped immediately if he knew it was law enforcement.
