A criminal case against California doctor Dharmesh Patel has been dismissed after he completed a court-approved mental health diversion program.

Patel was accused of intentionally driving his Tesla off Devil's Slide, a roughly 300-foot cliff, in January 2023 while his wife and two children were inside the vehicle.
