Question for the War Secretary, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, CENTCOM and US 5th Fleet:
Was there any discussion about the impact that sinking an Iranian frigate near a heavily trafficked shipping lane would have on global shipping.
I am not privy to the exact location, but in or near southern India and Sri Lanka is a heavily congested route. The Joint War Committee just amended the high-risk areas and now this may lead to a new evaluation and a higher risk for the region in and around the Strait of Hormuz.
When this happens, the shipping reinsurers (those that back the P&I Clubs) withdrew their policies, requiring even higher war risk. Pre-war it was 0.15 to 0.25%. Reports have it reset to 0.5 to 3%, but we may see even higher now, or more toward the higher end.
This will further preclude the re-start of ships through the Strait, even though we had a fully laden LPG depart early this morning, laden: Danuta I.

Collaborators are betraying their neighbors to the Russians in order to seize their apartments in the Donetsk region
Agents of the "ATESH" movement from among local residents of Gorlovka, Donetsk region, are documenting cases of robbery committed by collaborators who work in the occupation administrations.
The scheme works simply and cynically: traitors identify wealthy neighbors and report them to the occupiers, fabricating accusations of "pro-Ukrainian positions", "assisting the Armed Forces of Ukraine", or simply "unreliability". After the people are taken away, the collaborators occupy their apartments and appropriate their property. Other people's misfortune becomes their profit.
It is reported that such a scheme was carried out by Adiya Abdrashitova Kudryakova, one of the deputies of the city administration.
ATESH agents are collecting witness statements for each case. We document everything: who reported, on whom, what property was appropriated, who of the occupiers assisted. These materials will form the basis for inevitable punishment. Collaborators will be punished, and the surveillance continues.
You can deceive the occupiers, you can rob your neighbors - but you cannot hide from those who live nearby and see everything. Justice will come, and it will be merciless.

Russians have been detained in Baku and are set to be sent to Dubai. They are opposed to this
Over 300 Russians, whose flights from Moscow to Dubai were disrupted amid the U.S. and Israel's attacks on Iran, are demanding to be returned to Russia.
Passengers of Flydubai flights FZ 970 and FZ 968, which departed from Vnukovo on February 28, were landed in Baku after the start of the military operation against Iran.
The passengers were accommodated at the Qafqaz Baku City hotel, where they spent three days without any clarification from the airline.
They have now been informed about the upcoming flight to Dubai, but some of them refuse to fly, fearing the situation in the region, and are demanding to be returned to Russia.
They remain in the hotel lobby, refusing to leave the premises.

Hungary has released seven previously detained Ukrainian citizens, the Minister of Foreign Affairs has reported. Oschadbank has also confirmed the return of seven of its employees who were detained in Hungary.
The bank states that the men are in a difficult emotional state, and one of them experienced an exacerbation of a chronic illness due to the ordeal.
The bank, together with state authorities and international partners, will continue to investigate the circumstances of the illegal detention of the cash collectors
