5 phrases that are not you speaking. It's your conditioning 🧠

Listen to what sounds inside your head every day. Carefully. Much of it is not your thinking. These are recordings switched on long ago: parents, school, society. And you mistook them for your own.

1. "What will people say?" People will say whatever their own fear says. You'll live by the script of those who themselves live by someone else's script.

2. "That's how it's done." Done by whom? By people who died a hundred years ago? "That's how it's done" is the laziest explanation in the world.

3. "I have to." "Have to" means against your nature. Nothing grows out of obligation but resentment. Act out of love — or don't act at all, but be honest.

4. "It's too late." It's only too late for someone planning to live later. A tree never asks whether it's too late to grow.

5. "Once I have ___, then I will..." The most treacherous recording. It postpones life endlessly: first the degree, then the job, then the apartment... Meanwhile, life is happening now.

Today, try catching yourself on one of these phrases. Don't fight — just notice: "Ah. A recording is playing."

Which phrase is yours? Drop the number in the comments. The most popular one gets its own post.

Experiment of the day: "24 hours without advice"

Today — not a single piece of unsolicited advice.

When someone close shares a problem — don't fix it. Don't explain. Don't tell them how it was for you.

Just listen. To the very end. And then ask one thing:

"Do you need advice — or do you need to be heard?"

You'll be surprised how often the answer is the second one.

People look for solutions far less often than they look for presence. And we hand out advice not because we're wise — but because silence is unbearable to us.

Come back in the evening and write: how many times did you want to give advice — and what happened when you stayed silent?

"Why does love so often turn into pain?"

Because we bring a beggar's bowl into love. We come to another person not to share — but to take. To fill the emptiness and cover the fear of loneliness 🤍

You say "I love you" — but you mean "I need you". You've turned a person into medicine. And people quickly get used to medicine — and start complaining about the dosage.

Hence jealousy and demands. That's not love — that's bookkeeping and a contract the other side never signed.

Real love starts from the other end: when you are so full that you have something to share. Not out of need — out of overflow. Like a tree sharing its blossom simply because it is overflowing.

That's why the most practical advice sounds selfish: first become happy alone. Two unhappy people don't create happiness — they create double unhappiness.

Love is not when two people wait to be filled. It's when two people look in the same direction — because each is already whole.

The great mystic Kabir used to laugh. He said:
"I laugh when I hear that the fish in the water is thirsty."

Look at the depth of these words. This is about you. You run around churches, ashrams, and retreats looking for God, looking for peace, looking for enlightenment. You are like a fish swimming in the ocean, crying: "Where is the water? Please, give me a map to find the water!"

What you are seeking is already within you. The seeker is the sought!

Lao Tzu, Jesus, Kabir—they brought you nothing new. Their teachings consist of only one thing: to stop your mad running. To make you freeze for a second and realize that you are already in the ocean of the divine. Take a breath. It is It breathing through you right now.

Why "what is the meaning of life?" is the wrong question. Explained through dance

💬 A person is dancing, and nobody asks: "What's the meaning of this dance? Where is it going?"

A dance doesn't lead anywhere. Its meaning is in the dancing itself. If you dance just to reach the final pose — you've missed everything.

Same with music. A melody doesn't exist for its last note. Otherwise every song would be a single chord.

But with life, we decided otherwise: "Life must lead somewhere. There must be a goal."

From that minute we stop living and start preparing for life. Studying for diplomas. Working for pensions. Enduring today for a tomorrow that never comes.

Life is not a journey. Life is a dance.

The question is not "what is the meaning of life?" The question is: "Are you dancing? Or standing by the wall, waiting for instructions?"

There will be no instructions. The music is already playing.

Are you dancing right now — or waiting?

Close your eyes ... 👁️

There's nowhere you need to go. You are already where you need to be.

Imagine: rain outside the window. You are warm. There's nothing to do — only listen to its drumming.

Every thought is a drop. It falls... and disappears. You don't have to catch it.

You are not the rain. You are the one listening to the rain.

Everything that needed to be said, the rain has already said.

The "Three Breaths" practice — for those who have no time to meditate

No need to sit down. No need to close your eyes. No need for twenty minutes.

Just three breaths.

Before a meal. Before answering an important message. Before sleep.

🛖 First breath — notice your body. It is always here, in the present. It's you who runs away, not the body.

👁️ Second breath — notice what you feel. Don't call it good or bad. Simply: "there is warmth", "there is tension", "there is tiredness".

🪾 Third breath — smile. For no reason. Simply because you are alive — and that alone is an unbelievable luck.

Three breaths — ten seconds. But that's three homecomings in one day.

A small door — but it leads into the same house as the big one.
Try it three times today. In the evening, write: which moment of the day was the hardest to pause?

The Arrow Is Already Inside You: Why Are You Asking Who Made It?

In a Buddhist parable, a man wounded by a poisoned arrow refused treatment until he learned who fired it—their name, height, the bow's wood, and the feathers attached.

While he demanded answers, the poison continued to spread.

This story is about how we relate to pain. Someone betrays us, and we spend months asking:

“Why did they do it?”

We analyze every mistake endlessly. We feel anxious and construct a theory of anxiety before taking one conscious breath.

Understanding is useful, but searching for explanations can become an elegant way of changing nothing. If an arrow has entered you, remove it first.

If a conversation destroys you, set a boundary. If your body is exhausted, rest. If you are hurting, acknowledge the pain. If you made a mistake, step forward differently.

Not every question leads to freedom. Some questions only help us remain beside the wound for longer.

🧠 Quick Check: Whose Thought Is This?

When something heavy plays in your head
— "I won't manage", "I'm not good enough" — ask one question:

Whose voice is saying this?

Often you'll suddenly hear your mother's intonation. Or a teacher's. Or someone who hasn't been in your life for fifteen years.

That's not your thought. It's a recording.

You don't need to argue with it. Just recognize the voice — and it loses its power.

The owner left long ago. You're still following his orders.

💭 "How do I stop needing other people's approval?"

You don't — as long as you're empty inside.

Approval is food. A hungry person will look for it everywhere: in likes, in praise, in the boss's glance. And the more he eats, the hungrier he gets — because other people's opinions don't nourish. They just calm you for ten minutes.

So the question isn't "how do I stop depending on it", but "why am I still not feeding myself".

Start small. Do something good today and tell nobody. No post, no hint, no "casual" mention.

The hard part won't be the deed. The hard part will be that nobody saw it.

That heaviness is exactly where your dependence lives. Just look at it — it shrinks under a single glance.

Don’t Begin the Morning With Your Biography

🧘🏽 Sometimes you open your eyes and, before you even leave the bed, you remember everything at once.

Who you are.
What you have to do.
What went wrong yesterday.
What you should worry about today.

Only a few seconds pass, and a fresh day is already filled with yesterday’s person.

Tomorrow morning, don’t rush back into your story. For two minutes, remain simply a living being that breathes.

The “Before the First Name” practice:

• Don’t reach for your phone immediately.
• Feel the weight of your body on the bed.
• Notice the most distant sound around you.
• Then notice the closest one.
• Take five gentle breaths.
• Don’t call yourself successful or lost, strong or weak.

For these two minutes, you have no past, no status, and no list of tasks. There is only breathing and a new day that has not asked anything of you yet.

Your problems can wait. They won’t run away.

But if you begin every morning with them, one day you may forget that you also exist without them.

🎧 Three Minutes Without Words

Not a meditation. Not an instruction. Just sound and silence.

Headphones. Eyes closed. Don't do anything with it — let it play.

Thoughts come? Don't chase them. Let them run in the background, like cars outside the window.

Three minutes a day when nobody wants anything from you.

Freedom Isn't a Hundred Options

We were sold a strange idea: the more choice, the more freedom.

A hundred kinds of coffee. A thousand shows. An endless feed of people, jobs, cities.

And somehow a person with a hundred options feels not free, but paralyzed.

Because freedom isn't the number of doors. Freedom is knowing which one is yours.

Choice without self-knowledge isn't freedom. It's a maze.

What would you choose right now, if you knew exactly what you wanted?

Today’s Experiment: Apologize Only When You Have Actually Done Something Wrong

Notice how often “sorry” is used not as respect, but as a request for permission to exist.

“Sorry, can I ask a question?”
“Sorry for replying late.”
“Sorry, I’m a little tired.”
“Sorry, but this doesn’t work for me.”

Today, replace automatic apologies with honest language.

✖️ “Sorry for the late reply.”
✔️ “Thank you for waiting.”

✖️ “Sorry, can I add something?”
✔️ “I’d like to add something.”

✖️ “Sorry, I can’t make it today.”
✔️ “I can’t make it today.”

✖️ “Sorry to bother you.”
✔️ “Do you have a few minutes?”

A real apology has power when you have genuinely caused harm. But if you apologize for every need, boundary, and sign of your own presence, the word loses its meaning, and you gradually train yourself to occupy as little space as possible.

Don’t become rude today. Become precise.

In the evening, count how many unnecessary apologies you noticed. Leave your result in the comments as a single number.
