Judge sentences Griffin to 14 days jail in Jan 6 case. he has already served that much time in pretrial detention. So free man. Thank God!

So apparently AOC admitted that the doors were open on J6 from the inside. Time to subpoena her and see what further information she might have since under the the Sixth Amendment provides that a person accused of a crime has the right to confront a witness against him or her in a criminal action. This includes the right to be present at the trial (which is guaranteed by the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure Rule 43). So let's see what happens as AOC has some explaining to do.

Here is a quick update: The first day of jury selection for Bledsoe trial.

A lot of these jurors seem to have been effected just like my poll conducted so nothing new here. The majority of these people work for the government or know someone that has worked or been effected by J6. There is even one potential jurior that worked the Biden Campaign. Some jurors say they can not remain impartial so they get excused. Both sides get 10 strikes which they use at the end to remove those potential jurors such as the guy that worked for the Biden Campaign.

On a side note got to speak with Bledsoe during a break and said a prayer for him.

U.S. v Bannon

For the Bannon hearing  I walked in the early afternoon for jury selection like Bledsoe trial. I noticed that for Mr. Bannon he had a larger jury pool to pick from sitting around outside a long hall in the ceremonial court room on the 6th floor. I was in for about an hour only but walking in that hallway and looking at those jurors it was no different than the jury pool for Bledsoe nothing but a cesspool of liberals.

First potential juror I heard had his mind made up on Bannon and stated he should be guilty for not following the law and not showing up to speak at the J6 committee and even tweeted some bad stuff about Bannon. Dismissed for Cause by the Judge. 

Second answered that it will be hard for him not to form an opinion on the case after hearing the J6 committee hearings.

This other potential juror came into the court room with his hat on backwards and don't give a crap attitude. Seems funny since his shirt said woke on it.

This other potential juror  was asked where she gets her news from and stated from CNN and the Washington Post. She looks like a hippie and stated it will be extremely hard for her to remain impartial. Judge Nichols new before the attorney for Mr. Bannon stood up the judge granted his strike right away where most in the court started to laugh. But this is no laughing matter knowing that these are our potential jury selection that we have to look forward to. 

I also noticed this District is really not big at all you had a juror when asked how do you know another potential juror and she stated they were roommates in college.

Where is the court case for Hunter Biden's laptop?

Where is a conviction for a DUI for Nancy Pelosi's husband?

Why the hell did the late show with Stephen Colbert nine people associated with his show that had unlawfully entered the Capitol are not being prosecuted by the DOJ?

Simple answer because America has gone so damn left we now have a two tier Justice System.

Opening Statements from U.S. v Bledsoe Tuesday 7/19/2021

Opening Statement by the Government 9:22AM

The government opened up with with a video of people saying chanting stop the steal in the Crypt. Then it went into Mr. Bledsoe holding a Trump flag not just any flag a huge Trump flag according to the prosecutor. He walked around for like 6 minutes. The Defendant spent a total of 20 minutes with stopping Congress from certifying the electoral college vote on J6. He took photos and videos once inside and even bragged about starting a chant, "Whose House? Our house!" The defendant wanted the certification stopped.  This is where I chime in the government fails to specify how.  The prosecutor kept mentioning broken windows and doors all irrelevant to Mr. Bledsoe since he walked in an open door that he did not open or break himself.

Opening Statement Defense 9:38AM

I felt the defense attorney did an ok job on his opening statement. It was short and straight to the point. He started off by explaining the Obstruction of Justice charge. You need an action not a chant alone to obstruct justice. Mr. Smith explained that it is the opinion of his client that he believes the election was stolen. He stated so many others had no intentions of going to the Capitol that day it just happened it was not preplanned. All those people came to DC that day for one purpose to attend stop the steal rally and hear President Trump speak. Mr. Smith expressed that the Capitol Police stood by as protestors walked into the Capitol that day. Mr. Bledsoe was respectful towards police the entire time he did not going into any offices or destroy any property. The government wants you to think that by Mr. Bledsoe saying, "where are these pieces of shit?" He was going to commit violence and stop the certification once again ask yourself where is the intend. I noticed when Mr. Smith will speak Judge Howell's face expression continued to be a smirk. There was also over a dozen prosecutors for the government sitting in taking notes to strategize for when the time comes to take defendants of J6 to trial. Waste of tax payer money those prosecutors could be used to go after Hunter Biden.

1ST Witness called by the Government 9:56AM (Officer Shawn Patton Capitol Police)

Before the witness takes the stand there are some arguments on what evidence will be presented such as exhibit 10.02 Stipulation which is a document on the size and location of the Capitol and Stipulation 10.03 which talks about the certification of the electoral college vote. at this point I noticed two jurors in the background falling asleep. The 24 year Capitol Police Veteran starts to testify. He started off by explaining his job description. Officer Patton got up and presented a large map of the capitol grounds exhibit 9:02 the first floor of the Capitol then the following exhibit 9:03 of the second floor of the inside of the Capitol. He then spoke about the security poster of Capitol Police on J6 and how his day started. He stated the majority of the Capitol was closed to the public on J6 due to COVID and the construction of the ignoration stage. He stated the Capitol has been closed to the public since March 13, 2020 He then went over a map of where the bike racks where placed around the Capitol grounds. He stated around 7am he personally walked the entire parameter within an hour an a half. I highly doubt that he is old and a little over weight. He then went on to talk about the security measures. He stated that all permits to protest that day on capitol grounds was canceled. He did not present any facts on it just his word. He then went into the security measure posture of the Capitol when the Vice President is in the Capitol grounds. Back to the jurors most seemed bored one was spaced out. The prosecutor showed several pictures of Mr. Bledsoe some you could not even make out just because he had a white hat does not make it Bledsoe the entire time especially with bad images or his back turned.

The Capitol police mentioned for dramatic effects that he was bear sprayed and hit with water bottles as he looked at the jury. My question on this issue was it done by the Defendant at hand? Answer is no so irrelevant. Next question that his attorney should have said objection your honor I would like a record posted of Officer Patton injury reports that day and time. He also explained how offices got ransacked once again should have been objected because his client did not go into any offices. The government last question was how long he worked that day and stated from 6am- midnight as he looked at the jury with a sad puppy face. 

1ST Witness questioned by the Defense 11:51AM (Officer Shawn Patton Capitol Police)

This was short and the defense starts by questing Officer Patton when the bike racks were breached. He then asked Officer Patton if he ever seen Mr. Bledsoe ? Answer was no. How about on J6? He stated he can't recall since he saw a lot of protestors that day. That was it no further questions asked.

Side note make sure your attorney gets training on the projectors used in the DC court house as well as the computer system. First impressions are everything. You don't want your attorney that has never been to the DC court house stumbling with documents to get it projected for the court and seem lost.

2ND Witness called by the Government 1:17PM (Special Agent Kenneth Nile)

Government starts by asking Agent Nile what is his job and what role he played into Mr. Bledsoe's investigation. Mr. Nile replies that he is the task force lead investigator that investigates social media and extracts cell phone data. The prosecutor then went on to show several post made by Mr. Bledsoe on Facebook and had Agent Nile read the date and time stamp for each post. For example they government showed the court room some memes that Mr. Bledsoe reposted which is not a crime. For example President Trump inside a limo with words in the top and bottom stating getting in pussy we are making America great again. Also a picture of Mr. Bledsoe in Trump gear from November. So what Mr. Bledsoe supports Trump not a crime. Showed several texts between Mr. Bledsoe and his wife as well as some friends asking where are you and stating the elections are being challenged. This went on for about for almost an hour and a half going through all posts and texts leading to J6 and afterwards.

2ND Witness questioned by the Defense 3:41PM (Special Agent Kenneth Nile)

The defense was short and questioned how do you know when you send a text and someone opens and reads it since there was horrible service that day and can't receive it to later on. The agent explained it will show in the bottom of the text. The Defense stated you could open a text but it does not mean you read a text and can't be held liable if someone else sends you a text such as go find Nancy for example.

3RD Witness called by the Government 3:54PM (Special Agent Mark Gazelle)

The government asked for Officer Gazelle to go over the timeline for J6 to include the exact time Congress and Senate went into recess.

3RD Witness questioned by the Defense 4:31PM (Special Agent Mark Gazelle)

No questions from the defense and adjourn for the day.

Tomorrow I have my hearing. The hearing will probably be to place a gag order and strip away my first amendment right. The government already took away my 2nd Amendment right as well. A Russian judge gave Ms. Griner a nine-year term on Thursday. Because of Russia’s involvement in the conflict in Ukraine, American authorities have claimed that she was “wrongfully detained” and that her prosecution was politically motivated.

A leftist American Judge gave Guy Reffitt a seven year and 3 month sentence because of his belief that the Presidential elections was stolen. But in order to avoid any confusion in the future, the Court hereby clarifies its April 1, 2021 Protective Order Governing Discovery 17 to emphasize that while Paragraph 11(b) provides that materials "that were derived directly from Defendant or that pertain solely to Defendant" such as "arrest records and statements to law enforcement" are excluded from the Order, the names or other identifying information of witnesses, investigators, or agents must be redacted before those materials may be disseminated. One of those officers, USCP Sgt. Aquilino Gonell, testified during trial that the shoulder injury he believe Fitzsimons caused was a major factor in his impending forced medical retirement.

Fitzsimons, who faces 11 counts — including six felonies — will have to wait to learn his verdict, however. The judge gave both parties until next Friday to brief him on several legal issues, including what the standard would be for Fitzsimons to claim he was acting in defense of another person when he threw an unstrung bow at police, striking one in the head.

Justice Department is seeking 17-year prison sentence in Jan 6 case of former NYPD officer & Marine Thomas Webster.

Feds argue Webster came to DC on Jan 5 "armed and ready for battle even though he didn't shoot anyone because to us Veteran if we go into battle is not to bring a flag pole as a weapon. A 17 year prison sentence would be the highest for the US Justice Dept in Capitol riot cases.
