During these stressful times, we all need to take care of our nervous systems. I have zero caffeine. I know this is a hard pill to swallow but we all need to be aware of this truth. Caffeine pushes the sympathetic nervous system further into fight or flight, which will give an extremely negative outcome with your physical body. Not only will you feel tired and foggy, but you will start to put on body fat, and lose muscle mass
