Forwarded from THE PEOPLE'S PAPER
In COURT: Diarmaid Ó Cadhla (editor of THE PEOPLE'S PAPER) will explain to the Judge that the sitting is a violation of court rules and an abuse of fundamental rights by Court Services, a number of Judges, the DPP and City Hall.

Four (4) cases, some nearly 3 years old after near 100 appearances already, are on the list; charging him with organising supposed illegal assemblies, and one an issue where #Cork City Hall refuses to use the Irish language.

He is down for another 4 cases on the 28th, again mostly over 2 years old and after countless appearances.

The ‘Rule of Law’ doesn’t seem to apply to Cork District Court, neither do they have any respect for our National Language.

Most of all, they seem determined to get anyone who challenges their privileged position and hallowed halls … when the chips are down the rules get thrown away, that is what I am facing in court.

If you are free, come along and bear witness to their corruption.

Court #1, Anglesea Street, Cork on Thursday 23rd at 10:30am.

OPINION PIECE: “Where did it all go wrong” asked Erik Pelling, the centre left mayor of the prosperous cathedral and university city of Upsala in central Sweden. This tourist city is now known as a rough refugee city, is one of the most violent places in Sweden as it is torn apart by Kurdish gang violence. Swedish people have woken up, Irish people are wakening up. The Swedes were betrayed by their government and their government paid a heavy price. In September of last year the Social Democrats led by Magdalena Andersson were defeated and a new right of centre government is now firmly installed led by Ulf Kristersson. This is a three way coalition with the Swedish Democrats, described by the marxist leaning media as ‘far right’, central to the government and its new immigration policies. Change could happen and change did happen. But unfortunately things had to get really bad before the people demanded change. Does that mean in our own country things have to get worse first. In Sweden 20% of people were born somewhere else, often outside of Europe. This fails to take account of second generation immigrants who have Swedish citizenship. If this trend had continued Swedish people could be outvoted in their own country. But the rise of the Swedish Democrats should give us hope but also educate us on how they won the confidence and respect of the Swedish electorate. Before the last election they moderated their language, they spoke in a manner that was conciliatory and inclusive of a broad right of centre ideology. Now in government their leader, Jimmie Åkesson has made it abundantly clear that immigration is the top priority and has to be tackled immediately. And there are good reasons for this. In February 2021 an academic article published in the peer reviewed journal ‘Forensic Science Research’ examined and tried to quantify sexual violence towards women from within the immigrant community. The headline finding was that 47•7% of all rapes in Sweden between 2000 and 2015 were committed by the 20% immigrant community which is an over representation by a factor of 2•4. 34•5% of those rapes were committed by people of Middle Eastern origin and 19•1% were committed by men of African derivation. That is over representation of men in the rape statistics from the middle east by a factor of 3•3 and by African men by a staggering 4•7. In the city of Malmo over 70% of all rapes are carried out by immigrants
An interesting argument used by the ‘far left’ in Sweden is that 1•3 million Swedes emigrated, usually to the US so therefore Sweden has a moral obligation to welcome refugees. Have we heard that illogical logic, that woke nonsense somewhere before. Interestingly ‘climate’ barely featured in the election nor did the economy, the entire emphasis and focus was on immigration and lawlessness. The question that many Swedes are asking is if it all too late, is the damage done. Time will tell and that will depend on a realistic programme of deportations. Personally I believe that the political will and popular will is now in place to make this happen but it is very last chance. At what point will our own country decide that enough is enough, decide that our national future and the safety of our citizens depend on closed borders and a robust system of deportations. Certainly the large crowds seen over the last seven days at Rosslare, Killarney and Cashel would give rise to optimism but this needs to translate into political action at the next election. Sweden has given us a warning but also a useful road map. Let’s use it.

Refusal to accept summons by registered post and assaulted when delivered in person.

On 21st of November 2023 we attempted to serve 4 witness summons in person, after they had previously went unsigned for when sent via registered post.

The 4 witnesses will be required to give evidence at a hearing in Castlebar Courthouse on the 14th December in relation to an objection to Breaffy Refugee Centre being granted renewal of their liquor licence.

The objection will focus on concerns around the character of the applicant and the unfitness of the premises.

The 4 witnesses who we served with witness summons today are...

1. Tom Gilligan, Director of Services, Mayo County Council

2. Superintendent of Castlebar/Claremorris Gardai

3. Wilson Bird, GM at #BreaffyHouseResort,

4. Dorothy Lynch, Security at Breaffy House Refugee and IPAS Centre.

The case will go ahead at 10:30am on the 14th December in Castlebar Courthouse. The hearing is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
Remember when saying the jabs caused fertility and menstrual issues was said to be "dangerous misinformation" and "disinformation"?

@marklittlenews and @ainekerr of #Kinzen, @aoifegal, @laoneill111, @astaines and pretty much everyone else from the government to the mainstream media pushed the safe and effective lie.

Yet daily they still harp on about dangerous misinformation and disinformation, while time and again they have been proven guilty of disseminating lies and hiding truth consistently.

People have been harmed and have died because of it.

The question is, do the public see that which is now painfully obvious? Yes or No?

OPINION PIECE: Would you like access to unlimited funds, maybe $2•4 trillion, that is 2•4 followed by 11 zeros. That was the 2022 world budget for research and development. Ten countries are responsible for 80% of the spend headed up by the US and followed by China, Japan and Germany. China is on target to overtake the US in a year or two. Since 2000 the budget has tripled and is still expanding. Horizon Europe is the EU agency for research and operates on an annual budget of €95•5 billion. It is heavily involved in climate. In Ireland the governments budget allocation for R+D in 2022 is € 995•5, a 9% increase on the previous year. Medical research is a substantial portion of overall R+D funding. It is estimated that the OECD countries spend about $70 billion annually on medical research. The worlds largest contributor to medical and pharmaceutical R+D is the National Institute of Health based in Bethesda in Maryland, US. NIH is the US medical research agency and is a part of the US Department of Health. In 2022 NIH invested $45 billion in health research. Unfortunately there is increasing evidence that access to research funding may depend on the researcher producing ‘evidence’ that aligns with vested interest based on preconceived prejudice. An example from this week concerns an eminent neuro scientist, Berislav Zlokovic from the University of Southern California. He was involved with NIH in a $30 million clinical trial to fast track a new stroke medicine to the market place. It is alleged that he pressured junior colleagues into altering laboratory note books and co-authored peer reviewed articles using altered data. In June Francesca Gino, a Harvard academic and behavioural scientist is under investigation for data irregularities. Ireland Awake has recently ( 20th September) highlighted the case of Professor Susan McPearson whose research into the benefits of puberty blockers was positive, a result obtained due to the methodology employed but when subjected to a more rigorous analysis showed that 34% of childrens mental health deteriorated. Ireland Awake also highlighted the case of Dr Dan Browne who published in the prestigious journal Nature that claimed in his research that wildfires in California were due to climate change. In fact his research showed that wildfires were due to arson but such a finding was not publishable as it failed to fit in with the preconceived prejudices of the publication. So can we have any confidence in the research industry. The answer must be that great caution and discernment is needed. Vested interest is all pervasive, the pressure on researchers is enormous, not to get to the truth but rather to get results that are pleasing to sponsors. Research is a money driven industry and like all industries that are cash rich the opportunities for corruption are enormous. While research like Caesar’s wife should be above suspicion all too often it is not. But as always truth defends itself. Veritas se ipsa defendit.

7 YEAR OLD GIRL IN CRITICAL CONDITION AFTER TODAY'S KNIFE ATTACK BY ALGERIAN NATIONAL

By Suzie D.

"The kids were out walking. All of a sudden one fell to the ground, then another fell to the ground. Then another falls to the ground." They had been stabbed by a man who wanted to murder little children.

The terror attacker was accosted, but protected by a cordon of women. It is thought the children attended the local Gaelscoil, and a banner with images of children can be seen behind the man's head in the photograph of him.

A 7 year old girl has been taken to Temple St. Hospital where she is in a critical condition. Two children and a woman are also seriously injured.

The assailant is being treated for less serious injuries, caused by heroic witnesses who without doubt prevented more carnage. Official sources confirm the attacker was an #Algerian National.

#Stabbing children is becoming more common. This year toddlers in buggies were attacked in a playground in France by a Syrian national.

In Gothenburg, Sweden a migrant stabbed a 10 year old dutch girl and her grandmother.

9 year old Lilia Valutyte was stabbed in the heart and died, attacked in front of her sister as they played outside the shop where their mother was working in Lincolnshire last year.

In 2020, 7-year-old Emily Grace Jones lost her life after she was stabbed in the neck with a craft knife in Manchester England, while riding her scooter. Eltiona Skana, a 30-year-old Albanian woman was responsible.

There have been many more too. All attacks listed here had four things in common.

- They were stranger attacks.

- They happened in broad daylight in safe busy places.

- The victims were the most defenceless in society with no chance of protecting themselves.

- The perpetrators had been accommodated in the country in which they attacked children.

Of course, they had arrived just seeking "a better life" and in return they brought "diversity".

Stabbing and terrorising children seems as odd way to thank the country that welcomed you; and who knew that by diversity they meant child killers?

You learn something new everyday and our lessons are becoming harder by the day.

Yesterday I wondered if I would bring my 7 year old daughter to the moving crib in #ParnellSquare this year.

Last year I was nervous doing so, attaching her to me with a wrist strap. Which would have stopped her being taken, but would be precious little use to protect her from being stabbed.

Now I have my answer as to whether we will be making that annual trip. As I write this, she is writing her santy letter. I thank my lucky stars. Some parents aren't so lucky this evening, and for all parents of this country surely peace of mind is gone.

When something like today's attack happens in a small country like Ireland the psychological effects will be profound.

In London, a city of 12 million, you know the chances of being caught in a mass attack are low. Peace of mind is easier to attain. Yet, the Republic of Ireland is 5.1 million strong. Or weak. We have a small capital city and tiny towns and not nearly enough police.

An attack like the one today will feel too close to home, no matter where you reside.

With this in mind, it's vital to be aware: violence like we saw today is more likely as we draw closer to the Christmas period.

Be vigilant everywhere you go.
Look around.
Avoid suspicious individuals.
Carry protection.
Be prepared to use it without hesitation.

The establishment won't protect your children.
They've put them in mortal danger.

@Paschald commented today as Parnell Square is his constituency... His thoughts and prayers are with the families.

Given the angry scenes in town this evening I think the Minister might be better off praying for himself. I don't think there will be a cordon good enough to protect him, or any of his co-conspirators.

Their time to be called to account has arrived.

OPINION PIECE EXTRA. Firstly and most importantly our thoughts and prayers must be with the children who were so cruelly and pointlessly attacked this afternoon. What happened is every patents worse nightmare. It seems to be now accepted that the attacker was a man of Algerian derivation and therefor a Muslim. If so this attack follows a pattern of many other similar attacks throughout Europe over the last couple of years. Understandably tempers have boiled over in O Connell St this evening. A people pushed to the end of there tolerance have exploded. Understandably there is little confidence in the Gardai who are perceived by many as having a role in minimising assaults by migrants on women and children. Todays assaults can not be minimised, swept under the carpet. Politicians either avoid the subject of immigration or try to lie and deceive people outright. You can have no confidence in mainstream politicians. This creates a vacuum and violence and social unrest can thrive in a vaccum. What is happening on O Connell St now as I am writing this opinion piece is wrong. The point has been made forcibly by legitimate protest. That should be enough. We all stand with the injured and their families. Let’s not play into the arms of the ‘far left’ and of a government looking for every opportunity to introduce draconian hate speech legislation. The right thing to do now is to go home with dignity knowing full well that a point has been made. This would probably never have happened if our borders were closed and if the definition of Irish are people with a genetic or cultural link to the Island of Ireland. We welcome our European friends but should have a perfect right to refuse entry to people from cultures that historically we have had no connection with. Open borders cause open chaos. As a realist I know that government will not learn from tonight but individual politicians may, if only to ensure their own political survival and that change of mood may filter up the political food chain. But as for now, I appeal to everybody on O Connell St to go home. Nothing is to be achieved by confrontation.
Earlier on we posted that a 7 year old girl was fighting for her life in hospital.

This information was based on what the mainstream media had reported at that time.

This information has since changed and the child in question is actually just 5 years old.

The other two child victims are 5 and 6.

All other information in the article is accurate.

OPINION PIECE: The ‘triple lock’ may seem like terminology from the world of professional wrestling but it is a mechanism, maybe the chief mechanism that has prevented Ireland involving itself in International conflicts and taking sides. The triple lock is a consultation process that requires approval over three levels before Irish troops can become involved in international conflicts. These levels of approval are the Dail, the Oireachtas and the United Nations. Because of the Veto system operative within the United Nations it is rare to get the endorsement of all of the nations because of the veto. These nations are the five permanent UN members referred to as the P5, basically the victors after WW2. These are the US, Russia, China, France and the UK. It is easy to see why agreement can be difficult to get. In 2003 Ireland was ready to partake in a peace mission in the former Yugoslavia but China objected so Irish troops never participated. If the triple lock was removed the Irish government could decide independently of the UN where Irish troops could be deployed. This would be a good thing if one could have confidence in our own government to act wisely and in the best interests of humanity and not as some sort of a squalid career building exercise by corrupt government ministers. In practical terms this means that Irish troops could join NATO missions. It is no secret that the Irish government wants out nation to be a NATO member. Certainly NATO wants that to be because of our exceptional coastline, deep water anchorages and two very long runways capable of landing anything. This would of course make us a nuclear target in the opening minutes of any nuclear conflict. There is a divergence of opinion within government and legal circles as to whether a referendum would be neede for us to formally join NATO. That is a separate consideration to participating in NATO led campaigns. The government has attempted to nudge us closer to NATO participation through a ‘Consultative Forum’ held earlier in the year that backfired. It was chaired by Dame Professor Louise Richardson former vice chancellor of Oxford University and formerly from Tramore. Despite a heavily biased input by ‘experts’ the forum concluded that there was little public appetite for abandoning neutrality. A disappointed Taoiseach said that the ‘forum showed that there were other options on how to allow agility and responsiveness…’. I suspect abandoning the triple lock is what he has in mind. As well as NATO participation Irish troops could participate in EU led missions as well. The chief political advocate for this is the Tánaiste Mr Martin who had been tipped as the next EU President when the current incumbent Ursula von der Leyden moves to become Secretary General of NATO. Is a pattern based of self interest beginning to emerge. There appear to be those who are happy to expose our nation to a real and substantial nuclear threat for personal advancement. The triple lock is the last stockade against getting sucked into situations detrimental to the health and welfare of our nation. The Ukrainian conflict has been used by the political classes to erode our sovereignty and now there is a full our assault on its remaining vestiges. Neutrality has served us well for a century and has earned us the respect and admiration of the world. Peacemaking is the highest noblest endeavour known to humankind and we must not sleepwalk into surrendering it. ‘Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called Sons of God” Matthew 5:9.

Pack of Algerians attacked a private party last night, leaving 17 injured, including one stabbed to death, Thomas, 16 years-old boy.

Another European son is dead thanks to diversity, tolerance and multiculturalism.

11 YEAR OLD GIRL WITH AUTISM RAN TO NEARBY HOSPITAL TO GET HELP AS HER DAD DISARMED THE ALGERIAN ATTACKER

Mum, whose family witnessed Parnell Square stabbing fears kids will 'never un-see' horror attack. The family was visiting from Wicklow for their daughter's birthday when they witnessed the horrific attack.

A brave young autistic girl ran to the nearby hospital to get help after witnessing the horrific stabbings on Parnell Square yesterday while her father helped tackle the attacker.
The family were celebrating their daughter's 11th birthday and were visiting Dublin from Baltinglass, Co Wicklow when they witnessed the horrifying assault. Heroic father Warren Donohoe went to tackle the attacker while birthday girl Abigail ran to the nearby Rotunda hospital to get help.

Abigail’s mam Stacey Power, who witnessed everything with her three other young daughters and her mother Bernie, told Dublin Live: “I saw what looked like a woman and a man fighting across the road. And I said to the kids, come close and stand beside me. And then I just, I saw him just grabbing the child and stabbing her."

She continued: "I screamed, I said, Warren, he’s stabbing her! He's stabbing the child. And Warren ran straight across the road. He didn't even think.

“I was trying to get the baby out of the pram. And my mam's partner ran across as well. He fell in the middle of the road running, trying to get over to help.

“Warren was attacking the man, pulling the man away from the child. And then the Brazilian man came, his bike fell and he came over."

That's when Stacey turned around to check on her children. The traumatised mother said: “I couldn't find her so I was screaming. I thought that she was dead somewhere. I was screaming, please someone help me find my baby. Help me find my baby.”
Abigail had apparently run as soon as she saw the child getting stabbed. Stacey was unable to locate her daughter for half an hour which she spent screaming for Abigail, as she feared for her safety in the immediate aftermath of the horrifying incident.
However, Stacey said: “She had run the whole way around the block into the Rotunda hospital and screamed, ‘we need ambulances, we need doctors, we need nurses. Please, the kids are getting stabbed, help the kids’.

“She has autism and I don’t know how she even thought to go… I don't even know how she knew the hospital was here because she hadn't been in Dublin in that long.

“She said, I remember that you told me I was born in that hospital. I knew that there’s doctors and nurses in there.”

Stacey reunited with her daughter at the hospital. She was afraid to go back because she did not know if Warren had also been stabbed. The mother-of-four says the whole family is traumatised.

Warren’s jumper appears to have been cut from one side to the other with the attacker’s knife. Warren has no injuries but Stacey says he’s been “sore all over” and he did not speak for the whole day yesterday.

The jumper which has been cut from one side to the other with the attacker’s knife Stacey’s mother’s partner Alan is in hospital after he fell on the middle of the road trying to get over to help subdue the attacker.
Abigail is still distressed. “Because of her autism, she just keeps saying, mammy are the kids still alive, have you got that man, are the kids still alive? She said, sorry for running mammy, I didn't mean to frighten you. I said, it's okay. I said, you helped save some of them kids' life.”
Stacey herself had to get checked out at the hospital because she was “hysterical”. She says she can’t stop seeing the vision of the man stabbing the child, that her kids would never un-see it either.

Gardai are arranging therapy for the children who are still “in a state of shock”. Stacey’s daughters, who were born in the capital, are saying they “never want to go back to Dublin again”.

OPINION PIECE: The people of Europe are speaking up, the citizens of Europe in one country after another are saying that enough is enough. In more and more European nations citizens are asking themselves what kind of a society do they want to live in. These are reasonable and democratic conversations but the type of conversation that we in Ireland have not having. Conversations about the future make up of our nation , it’s very character, it’s very soul are discouraged and may well be legislated against under the threat of ‘hate speech’. Here the conversation is very different than the conversations held in so many other European countries, it is a monologue from government, top down only, not a two way normal conversation. Government supported by myriads of tax funded NGO’s, controlled media and fake opposition all singing off the same unholy hymn sheet conspire to tell us, the people, what we should say, what we should believe, what we should think. Multiculturalism was not a democratic decision, open borders was not a democratic decision, relentless LGBQT and the introduction of Transgenderism into schools was never discussed with stakeholders such as parents. These are top down decisions with no real grassroots support. The shocking street violence in Dublin was violence waiting to happen. A detached government and a fake opposition well used to telling people what they should believe in, telling people the sort of country that will be created with or without their consent gives a massive sense of disenfranchisement and hopelessness and into such a democratic vacuum can come violence. Violence can never be condoned but it has to be understood, needs to be contextualised in order that the political classes may learn and reintroduce true democracy to diffuse a powder keg that has being building up for years. The massive rise in homelessness, the collapse of the General Practice service, the dysfunctional property market and the creeping Islamisation of our nation all create uncertainty and alarm. Although government actions have been undemocratic as they get a free pass from fake opposition parties and a compliant press so therefor are never held to account and therefor get away with undemocratic decisions. But democracy is the only way forward, violence plays into the hands of the far left. A good example this week if democracy in action is in the Netherlands where yet another European nation went for change. Geert Wilders Freedom Party scored a major victory with the Dutch electorate on a platform of curbing the rise of Islam in the Netherlands, controlling immigration and an Eu critical stance. The electorate used their democratic mandate to bring about this change and if they can do so, so can we. We can learn from the Dutch, we must learn from the Dutch.

You tolerated this, now your children are next. The Rubicon has been crossed.
By STEPHEN SUTTON.

We, the Irish people who refuse to back down, view this as a war. A plantation or invasion, whatever you wish to call it. Men are being dumped in our country from all over, all are potential violent criminals and/or terrorists and we are the problem for highlighting it? Not going to work this time I’m afraid. All the usual left wing Z-list celebrities craving publicity and relevance are out expressing their disgust at these events not realising that they are presently committing public suicide. “Won’t somebody please think of the shops”. How can we expect people who view abortion as a form of birth control to place a child’s life above a Gucci handbag? Why are we even surprised at this point?
