I have recently challenged my local council regarding CT. I wrote them an email stating that as a sovereign living man I wanted to know how they would contract with me? Important to not say that you are refusing to pay. I also quoted them the 1992 council tax administration and enforcement regulations and the fact that that they were amended by the statutory instrument 2211 which omits the power of a magistrates court to issue individual liability orders to individuals, or indeed the ability to commit individuals to prison for non payment of council tax. However, the 1992 regulations still have the sentences and forms which the 2003 SI 2211 omitted. This is how it has gone unnoticed for so long. With regards to the council administering, enforcing and issuing liability orders, the 1888 local councils act, section 78 (2), specifically prohibits any local council from acting as justices or as magistrates and exercising any powers of a court. They cannot even administrate anything to do with the enforcement of CT. If you are in doubt of what I am saying, then go onto the gov.com website and look up the specific bits of legislation to satisfy the facts for yourselves. I also pointed out to the council that by passing my straw man’s details onto a third party, (enforcement agents) with out either my draw man or my authority ( sovereign living man, who is representing my straw man) that they would be in breach of the 2018 Data Protection Act. I also informed the council that now that I had informed them of all the laws they have broken (and the ones I have mentioned are just 4 of 17) that if they were to continue with this fraud they would be in contravention of the Fraud Act 2006. Further more, because I had informed them of the contravention, this would be malfeasance in public office. I had the usual response to my email doubling down on the councils ability to lawfully enforce CT. So I arrange to see them in person. I met with an administrator from the enforcement team, who was very insistent that the law was on their side. It’s not until I went through my claims but by bit and also told the Lady that as a sovereign living man, I am unable to take the Council, which is a registered corporation under Dunn and Bradstreet. And that I would have to take individuals who were involved and therefore complicit in the fraud to court for malfeasance and fraud that she started taking copious notes and said that if what I was saying was true, that most of her team were affected. I told her this is the reason why I wanted to speak to a member of her enforcement team. So at the end of the meeting, she agreed to suspend any further action until she had taken my claims to their legal team. This was 5 weeks ago now and I am awaiting my response.
