International Penalties Under the Rome Statute
The International Criminal Court (ICC) can prosecute individuals, regardless of their rank or position, if they are found responsible for serious breaches of international law, including war crimes, crimes against humanity, or genocide. The penalties include:
1. Imprisonment:
Maximum penalty: Life imprisonment (for the most egregious offences, such as war crimes involving intentional killing or widespread, systematic atrocities).
Other penalties: Sentences of a fixed term up to 30 years, depending on the gravity of the crime and individual circumstances.
2. Fines and Asset Forfeiture:
The ICC may impose fines or order the forfeiture of assets derived directly or indirectly from the crime.
3. Reparations to Victims:
The ICC may require reparations to victims, which could include monetary compensation, restitution, or other forms of support.

🚨Why should I join The Freedom Union of Australia🚨
Individuals have international duties which transcend the national obligations of obedience imposed by the individual State. He who violates the laws of war cannot obtain immunity while acting in pursuance of the authority of the State if the State in authorising action moves outside its competence under international law
All our members will be spoken for using the Get out Clause Rome Statute Article 25.3(f)
It is our duty to not comply, otherwise we would be seen as a complicit party in funding War Crimes
🚨It is not a choice it is a duty.🚨
By making a pledge to the union you also accept the terms of this agreement and the bylaws and agree to the code of conduct namely to do no harm and at all times remain in peace, which confirms you will take immediate measures to cease doing trade with the Australian Government and seek alternative, which is the main reason The Freedom Union was created, to give those seeking a peaceful end to the ongoing conflict a passage to freedom!

A quick message to advise our Freedom Union Members, that we are very close to updating you, on the situation that occurred last week. The sudden and unexpected resignation by John Wilson as National Spokesman during last Wednesday’s weekly delegate meeting, shocked us, and left us the task of making good our pledge, based on the Freedom Union delegates Code of Conduct.
We expect to be able to provide the membership with a formal email after tonight’s board meeting, and all going well, before the weekend.

In light of the resignation of John Wilson from The Freedom Union, on the 12th February 2025, and after investigation into the unfortunate circumstances surrounding his resignation and with much consideration, it is with regret myself and all members of the board have concluded we will dissolve the Board of The Freedom Union.
