2022 is going to be like The Borg origin story we never got to see in the Star Trek canon.

There's this stigma on the internet that if you have a platform, you shouldn't charge money for promotion or else you're a grifter.

There's also this problem where those who start businesses/projects get completely ignored by people with platforms.

It's extremely hard to build an awesome project and also build a big platform to promote it. Very few people can do both without sacrificing quality of one.

Let's stop these purity spiralling stigmas and do more business together.

Instead of asking your favorite eceleb for a share, offer $x for a share. Most will help you out for $50-$100. A quick share from them could end up making you way more money.

If you have a platform, have an avenue of contact specifically for business offers. Have a little price sheet with how much you charge for shares, shoutouts, adspace on videos etc.

You'll feel way better about promoting Based Bob's handmade Leather shop than Raid Shadow Legends.

There's lots of us willing to spend money on based products. We can all work together to make more money and grow into a legitimate economic ecosystem that doesn't rely on the machine.
