Hi Everyone, theBiomics Team is going to start a python skill development training session for core biologists or who don't know anything about programming. It will be a certificate program and will start from scratch providing basics and handson to get started about python. Before registration and schedule we would like to gather some information regarding the scheduling. If you are interested please respond with following queries to let us understand your preference:
1. Class time and duration: Saturday Sunday Evening each day 1/2 hour is okay? Also it is expect to be for 3 months or 12 weeks or 24 sesssions. Or should it be longer or shorter duration?
2. Paid or Free: Should collect nominal fees to allow serious candidates or let it be free? Or tell us your preference.
3. Assignment or Project: to get a certificate after completion of a report or project in a group or individual? Or two certificates like attendance and project presented.
4. Eligibility: Minimum qualification BSc/MSc or what should be minimum eligibility? Share your current status
5. Platform: Youtube/GoogleMeet/ or any other option?
6. What are your expectations? Basic of python programming or basic+advanced (will take longer time)

Duration: Initially for one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Job Role:
Conducting biochemical and cell biology assays to study epigenetic modifications.
Maintaining Plasmodium falciparum cultures for research experiments.
Investigating the role of unconventional epigenetic marks in parasite virulence.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Desirable Skills: Experience in epigenetics, parasite culture, and molecular biology techniques.
