There is a big debate/argument/contention about ultra-processed food (UPF) and its impact on health.
UPF includes foods with ingredients we don't usually/normally/ordinarily use in home cooking, like ready meals, pot noodles, and sliced bread. Studies show that there is a link/connection/correlation between UPF and poor health. Dr. Chris Tulleken used to work in humanitarian emergencies, and he saw the effects of UPF. According to him, there are studies about how big companies affect our health. UPF comes from factories, so/therefore/consequently it is cheap. It often has additives which we do not have in our kitchens.

Scientists connect UPF to health problems due to high salt, fat, and sugar. Tulleken calls for better rules and independent health experts to help deal with these dangers/risks/perils.

اسپیگینگ:

تسک اول: آیا موافقی یا مخالفی اینکه وقتی پیرتر بشی نباید ریسک بیشتری بکنی
تسک دوم: کلاس پیشنیاز ریاضی هست و میتونند شرکت نکنند و فقط امتحان بدهند و به کلاسهای دیگه برسند. آقاهه میگه خوبه چون نمره ملاک هست و اینکه خیلی بیزیب هست با کلاسهای دیگه
تسک سوم: golfer's rule بودش. خیلی قشنک بود
تسک چهارم: درباره cultural novel که فکر میکنم تکراری بود. قبلا مشابه این خودم کار کرده بودم

رایتینگ:
تسک اول: این بود که آیا آموزش موسیقی برای مدرسه خوبه. برای بچه ها. دلایلش خیلی راحت بود. یکمی راحت گوش کرده بشه راحت همه دلایل لگچرر نوشته میشد که من تقریبا همرو نوشتم

تسک دوم: در شهرهای کوچک میخوان کلاه گزاشتن سر موتور سوارهارو بردارند. آیا موافقید یا مخالف....

Japan is trying new ideas to solve this problem. Jennifer Robertson is an expert on Japan, and he speaks/talks/discusses about the problems and what the government is doing. The government thought about using robots, but it is not as easy as they thought. Robots in Japan mostly do only easy/simple/rudimentary tasks like entertainment or security.

Jinwar is a village situated in the Kurdish area/region/territory of northeast Syria. Women moved here because of war and domestic violence.

The name Jinwar means 'women's space' in the Kurdish language. The village was built in 2018 and it is made up of/consists of/comprises 30 houses. 20 families live in the village, but only women and children can live there. Men are not allowed to live in Jinwar, but they can visit their female relatives. Boys can stay/remain/reside with their mothers until they get married.

In 2011, the civil war began in Syria, and women and kids/children/minors are the most affected. The women in the village work during the day and spend their evenings singing and dancing. They finally/at last/ultimately feel that they can live happy lives without control and rules from their families.

It is no surprise that Italy has the world's fastest 90-year-old woman sprinter, Emma Maria Mazzenga. Mazzenga was born on August 1, 1933. She set a new world best/record/milestone by running 200 meters in 51.47 seconds. She holds five world records and many European and Italian records in Masters sprinting, which is for older runners. Mazzenga was happy/glad/content and surprised by her latest record. She often runs without rivals in her age group and focuses/concentrates/zeroes in on getting good times.

Mazzenga started running again at 53 and finds it comforting and social. She will race/compete/contend in the Italian championships in June and hopes to take part in the world championships in Sweden next year. But she jokes about not making many plans.

But these days, researchers think that going back to/returning to/resuming school soon after a concussion might be better. Children who missed less school had fewer problems after two weeks. This means that returning to school and normal/daily/quotidian life may help the brain recover.

Doctors recommend that parents with children who get concussions should help them socialize, not miss too much school, sleep well, and do light exercise. The study/research/investigation shows that doctors can help kids with concussions, and they should not just wait for them to get better.

چون از نئو هم ریدینگ و هم لیستنینگ تکراری میاد و وقتی سر جلسه ازمون تکراری میاد به شما اعتماد به نفس خوبی میده

۲- وقت خودتونو روی خوندن لغات هدر ندین
برای ریدینگ و لیستنینگ وخوندن سوالات وکب نئو و Tpo و لغات جدید متن ریدینگ و لیستنینگ کفایت میکنه

۳- سوالا independent رایتینگ و اسپیکینگ روندش تغییر کرده و با سوالای جدیدی رو به رو میشین خودتونو در گیر سوالات چالشی بکنین چون که حتی با برین استورم های قبلیتون نمیشه بعضی از سوالای جدید رو دلیل اورد یهو سوپرایز نشین وسط ازمون و اعتماد به نفستونو از دست بدین
