These balls sometimes help, but often confuse him. This makes him feel upset/distressed/aggrieved and sometimes shy/timid/self-conscious.
Even so, Henry says he doesn’t want to change because this is who he is. His loving/supportive/empathetic family knows how much ADHD affects his emotions and always stands by him. Henry hopes his story helps others understand ADHD better.
