У 2014 році ця бригада була однією з перших, розгорнутих для оборони Донеччини. Вона звільнила Карлівку, Селидове, Нетайлове, Первомайське, Авдіївку та Піски.
У серпні 2014 року бійці бригади брали участь у боях за Іловайськ, зазнавши значних втрат під час прориву з оточення. Разом із сусідніми підрозділами вони утримували Донецький аеропорт та прилеглі позиції (Зеніт, Бутівська шахта).
У лютому–березні 2022 року бригада зупинила наступ ворога на Охтирському напрямку та звільнила місто Тростянець на Сумщині. Згодом вона вела запеклі оборонні бої на Ізюмському напрямку.
Підрозділи бригади утримували оборонні позиції в Бахмуті, проводили штурмові операції в районі Клищіївки, а зараз утримують оборонні позиції на Костянтинівському напрямку.

In 2014, this brigade was one of the first to be deployed to defend the Donetsk region. It liberated Karlivka, Selidove, Netailove, Pervomaiske, Avdiivka, and Pisky.
In August 2014, the brigade’s soldiers took part in the battles for Ilovaisk, suffering significant losses while breaking out of the encirclement. Together with neighboring units, they held Donetsk Airport and adjacent positions (Zenit, Butivska Mine).
In February–March 2022, the brigade halted the enemy’s offensive in the Okhtyrka sector and liberated the city of Trostyanets in the Sumy region. Subsequently, it fought fierce defensive battles in the Izyum sector.
The brigade’s units held defensive positions in Bakhmut, conducted assault operations in the Klyshchiivka area, and are currently holding defensive positions in the Kostiantynivka sector.
