🔹 On June 11, 2026, Mr. Sokha Phanith, Director of the Startup Development Department at Techo Startup Center (TSC), met for a discussion with partners from Link Innovations, a global innovation platform that connects startups with investors and major corporations, while accelerating tech and startup development to an international market.
This meeting resulted in the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the aim of:
• Exploring the support mechanisms for startups and technological innovations and
• Establishing a cooperative framework to promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup growth in Cambodia.
Furthermore, it seeks to foster meaningful linkages between Cambodia’s startup ecosystem and global innovation networks, with a particular focus on the Indian and French markets.
