The European Union (EU) has proposed a new deal to supply Ukraine with rare earth minerals, which is more favorable than the US proposal.
Under this agreement, Ukraine will be able to ensure the supply of 21 of the 30 minerals important to Europe.
By increasing its dependence on Ukraine's mineral resources, European countries want to strengthen their raw material supply chains.
In short, while the US wants to take everything in stride, Europe wants to stay a little bit longer.

Russia's double standards on Ukraine crisis, UK-France taunts
At the UN General Assembly meeting, the United States proposed a resolution for a peaceful resolution of the Ukraine crisis, which did not contain any anti-Russian language.
However, the European Union (EU) countries amended it and added some anti-Russian elements, after which it was adopted. But the UN Security Council accepted the exact same resolution without any amendments.
