Fun fact:
You'll be missing the ability to even adjust your display's refresh rate (searching the settings up seems to help as long as they weren't direct toggles)
You however are fucked if it was something in the menus themselves, as the toggles are... quite literally not there!
Disabling the toggle fixes it tho!
These bugs are getting worse than Xiaomi...

tldr: If you wish to use Shizuku (or anything that needs this toggle on, like app installations etc because ADB is sort of useless for most things without this)
You'll be unable to access a bunch of display settings until you go turn it off each time. This is also likely intentional and quite unnecessary (other phones don't do this)
OPlus just wants to fuck their users over.

I fixed the issue where Paytm shows this warning
Apparently Paytm updated their useless security features with v10.79, which then started showing this warning and it instantly terminates the app. Tata Neu was also doing the same thing.
It was happening even after having:
Locked bootloader ✅
Strong Integrity ✅
Play Protection safe ✅
Developer Options OFF ✅
The solution: Uninstall Shizuku
Yes, Banking apps have started detecting Shizuku and they think it's a malicious application 😭

bhim also detects Sleep as Android (an alarm app), rVNC Viewer (obviously a VNC viewer), Niagara Launcher (we all know), Material Capsule (dynamic island thingy but in material ui) and more so amarok is nothing
