Today, at about 13:15, a cafe and a shop in the village of Groza Kupyansky district, where there were many civilians, were shelled. Already 51 dead. They were gathered for a wake, the traditional dinner after a funeral. 51 people is not a small number, must have been a good, popular person.
Groza ("Hroza" in ukrop) is a small village outside the small town of Shevchenkove. It is more than 17 miles from the combat Front, which is east of Kupiyansk. This is out of range of most conventional artillery, therefore it is almost certainly a missile attack. And almost certainly, a ukrop missile attack. We wait for further details.
This is the 3rd shelling with mass casualties, timed to Zelensky's meetings. In the previous 2, the guilt of Kiev was proved. Zelensky has already managed to accuse the aggressor and ask for military assistance and money for resistance.

📩 Накануне направил официальное письмо Президенту Российской Федерации Владимиру Путину с предложением решить проблему социальной защищённости погибших и раненных ополченцев Донбасса, принимавших участие в боевых действиях с 11 мая 2014 года. По мнению депутатов нашей фракции «Справедливая Россия – За правду», социальные выплаты защитникам Донбасса и членам их семей должны быть такими же, как и у российских военнослужащих и добровольцев.
➡️ В 2023 году ополченцы ДНР и ЛНР, принимавшие участие в боевых действиях с 11 мая 2014 года на стороне ДНР и ЛНР, получили статус ветеранов боевых действий и набор социальных гарантий. Соответствующие поправки к закону «О ветеранах» были приняты Государственной Думой в апреле 2023 года при участии нашей фракции в Госдуме.
Вместе с тем уровень социальной защищённости ополченцев Донбасса, принимавших участие в боевых действиях с 11 мая 2014 года, а также их семей значительно ниже, чем у военнослужащих – участников СВО, проводимой на территориях Украины, ДНР и ЛНР с 24 февраля 2022 года, а также на территориях Запорожской и Херсонской областей с 30 сентября 2022 года.
☝️В качестве примера хочу привести ситуацию с выплатами по ранению, полученными ополченцами Донбасса, а также ситуацию с выплатами семьям в связи с их гибелью. До вхождения в состав России они производились за счёт ДНР и ЛНР самостоятельно. При этом ополченцы Донбасса до 24 февраля 2022 года на основании Указа главы ДНР получали единовременную выплату в случае гибели – 20 тысяч рублей, а в случае признания инвалидом – 10 тысяч рублей.
После начала СВО Указом главы ДНР от 07.03.2022 №53 выплата была увеличена до 5 млн рублей в случае гибели и до 3 млн рублей – при получении ранения (контузии, травмы, увечья). То есть они стали равнозначными тем выплатам, которые положены российским военнослужащим на основании Указа Президента Российской Федерации от 05.03.2022 №98.
Представляется важным решить проблему социальной защищённости погибших и раненных ополченцев Донбасса, принимавших участие в боевых действиях с 11 мая 2014 года, и их семей на уровне не ниже уровня поддержки, предусмотренной для военнослужащих – участников СВО с 24 февраля 2022 года.

💥 Мусоровоз коммунального предприятия «Кировец» попал под обстрел украинских неофашистов в посёлке шахты имени Абакумова.
🚑 Водитель получил ранение, госпитализирован.
На моей памяти это уже четвёртый мусоровоз в Донецке, обстрелянный укропами. Их дроны летают в нашем небе, как мухи, корректируя укро/НАТО артиллерию. Они НЕ могли не видеть, что мусоровозы выполняют свою работу, переезжая от улицы к улице и забирая мусор. Соответственно, укронаци расстреливают их специально, раня и убивая наших тружеников.

Accordingly, the Ukronazis are shooting them on purpose, injuring and killing our hard workers.
The US/NSTO nazis target our garbage collectors specifically because we have such a clean and beautiful city. They are ashamed to let the world see how fine our city is, even under terrorist shellings, when their cities are simply garbage dumps and slums.

There is a village where the commander of one of the units of nationalist groups was buried. Previously it was called "Aidar". Somebody is a trump card native of those places. His colleagues, or as they say in Ukraine, “brothers,” came to the funeral in the cafe. A rocket hit a cafe where mainly military personnel of this nationalist battalion were located.
