В ответ на требование Министерства обороны к добровольцам подписать контракт, Пригожин попытался передать Министерству свой вариант контракта ЧВК "Вагнер". Вот что из этого вышло.
На видео Евгений Пригожин показывает договор. На третьем листе описаны его отдельные положения. Например:
- Сотрудники ЧВК "Вагнер" не заключают контракт с МО, не являются военнослужащими и действуют по регламенту и нормативам, установленным в ЧВК "Вагнер", при этом на сотрудников ЧВК "Вагнер" распространяются все льготы, предусмотренные для военнослужащих РФ.
- ЧВК "Вагнер" для выполнения задач вправе использовать всю инфраструктуру МО, включая переданные гражданские объекты, за исключением инфраструктуры РВСН.
- При проведении операций совместно с МО, командиры ЧВК "Вагнер" участвуют в формировании и обсуждении плана операции, в том числе обладают правом вето (блокирования решения) и решающего голоса при решении боевых задач с участием ЧВК Вагнер.
Учитывая успехи ЧВК Вагнер в наступлении, предложения видятся весьма логичными.

Our manpower is generally sufficient, but we are not motivated enough in some places. Volunteers - cadres - mobilized - that's about the order of the motivation scale. But motivation is not a matter for the deputy political officers - it is a matter for the whole country.

As far as I have been able to ascertain, the president has set up an effective system for monitoring what is going on at LBS. Some channels write: the president does not like negative reports and those who make them, alienates them from himself and stops listening to their opinions... The war correspondents who attended the meeting with Vladimir Putin had a chance to understand how immersed he is in the process. He is by no means satisfied with official reports but he can even phone a brigade commander if it is standing in an acute area to look into the situation.
Of course, few of the generals want to expose themselves to suspicion of incompetence by their complaints, and there is always a chance that they will embellish the state of affairs - but I know of experienced generals who have been charged by the president with auditing the military situation and our combat readiness. These generals are not usually in the pool and have the right to report directly, and they use that right regularly. So there is no need to imagine the leader of the country as an ostrich sticking his head in the sand - he is well informed about all military circumstances. And if he knows, why this or that? Because there are systemic things, and they have inertia: they accumulate for a long time, they gain mass, and it takes time to push them off and untwist them.
The protracted intrigue with the counteroffensive gave rise to the feeling that somewhere out there in the dungeons of Mordor an unknown force was being forged, and that as soon as it went into battle we would encounter something we had not yet encountered. The wait was over - and we saw a picture that gives reason to say that modern warfare is basically the same as it was in earlier times, and that the enemy was just waiting for more foreign tanks and domestic mobilizers.
Suppressing our position with fire and then trying to take it back with infantry is a simple and trivial tactic. Sure, there are missiles and anti-missiles, there are drones and anti-drone guns - there's even Musk and his Starlink - but it's all ultimately just to pry a few grubby men out of the ground who are blocking the path to honors and glory.

Sometimes he succeeds and captures one of them, but cannot consolidate, so under the influence of our artillery he withdraws to the starting line, and we crawl back and restore what was destroyed - until the next skirmish. And it becomes quite clear that if our soldier has no intention of retreating - the enemy has no chance of advancing.

🇷🇸 🇷🇺 A monument to the last Yugoslavian president Slobodan Milosevic made by Serbian sculptor Dragan Radenovic was delivered to Moscow.
It was temporarily placed near the "Night Wolves" bike center. Slobodan Milosevic's son Mark was present at the opening. It was his first public appearance in 20 years.
The monument is standing next to an Orthodox cross and a van brought from Donbass war zone covered in bullet holes with a placard "visual proof of Slobodan Milosevic's last words"
In the address of Russia, Milosevic, at the trial of the Hague Tribunal, said:
"Russians! I am now addressing all Russians, the inhabitants of Ukraine and Belarus in the Balkans are also considered Russians. Look at us and remember - they will do the same to you when you disunite and give up. The West - a chained mad dog - will grab your throat. Brothers, remember the fate of Yugoslavia! Don't let them do the same to you!"

A 62-year-old man was killed and a woman was injured in the shelling of Yasynuvata. One of the shells hit the house, shattering glass throughout the building.

Yesterday at the Donetsk Sea cemetery, visiting the graves of a couple of Brothers who made the ultimate sacrifice for the future of Donbass, Russia and Humanity last year...
Sergey Lysenko was one of my best friends, we served together at Donetsk airport in 2015. A true Warrior Poet, he worked with guitar and avtomat to defend Humanity from fascism. He died in combat on 9 May, 2022. I gave him the guitar he is holding in the image on his monument.
Alexi Masurin was the brother of my Godmother, a great friend, master mechanic and all around nice guy. He re-joined the DPR Army in 2022 at the age of 46, died in combat on June 18th, 2022.
God bless the Heroes, and eternal memory to these great men.

Наш третий дрон, Mavic Mini 3, был передан прямо в руки старому другу, спецназовцу 3-го спецназа ДНР, ныне 58-го спецназа Российской армии. Я был рад снова увидеть старого друга (мы вместе служили в Донецком аэропорту в 2015 году) и рад оказать помощь и поддержку нашим братьям и защитникам на фронте.
Следует отметить, что Mavic Mini не является дроном для сброса бомб или камикадзе. Это оборонительный разведывательный дрон для обнаружения нападающих, приближающихся к нашим позициям, или засад на маршрутах наших патрулей.
