Мы также передали около 30 блоков трофейного табака Marlboro и Winston, взятых с позиций укропов нашими освободителями из Спецназа.

Yesterday in Petrovsky, we donated a Mavic Mini 3 to 5th Brigade drone platoon, for use on the Front, and an X3 practice drone for the drone pilots training school. We also donated about 30 blocks of Marlboro and Winston trophy tobacco taken from ukrop positions by our Spetsnaz Liberators.

Pregozhin Lays Down The Law

In response to the Ministry of Defense's demand that the volunteers sign a contract, Prigozhin tried to hand over to the Ministry his version of the Wagner PMC contract. Here's what came out of it.

In the video, Yevgeny Prigozhin shows the contract. The third sheet describes its individual provisions. For example:

- Employees of PMC "Wagner" do not enter into a contract with the Ministry of Defense, are not military personnel and act according to the regulations and standards established by PMC "Wagner", while employees of PMC "Wagner" are subject to all the benefits provided for military personnel of the Russian Federation.

- PMC "Wagner" to perform tasks has the right to use the entire infrastructure of the Defense Ministry, including the transferred civilian facilities, with the exception of the infrastructure of the Strategic Missile Forces.

- When conducting operations jointly with the Defense Ministry, the commanders of PMC "Wagner" participate in the formation and discussion of the plan of operation, including the right to veto (block a decision) and a decisive vote in solving combat missions with the participation of PMC Wagner.

Given the success of the PMC Wagner in the offensive, the proposals seem very logical.

"Two weeks after the start of counter-offensive attempts, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are still being killed abroad, far from the main line of Russian defense. Ukraine pays a high price with the lives of its soldiers for the opportunity to stay in one of our positions for a short time. As far as it can be seen from the information on deliveries from the West, by the end of the year, at best, they will approximately compensate for what was lost in battles by today, that is, they will not lose more, but they definitely will. There are enough personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but there may be problems with trained officers. The main intrigue is whether Kyiv will stop its suicidal attempts to advance in order to replenish and re-equip the brigades. And how the Russian General Staff decides to proceed."

The shell situation is stable-positive-no shortage is felt. Range is still our main enemy: we will have to take this into account and "lengthen" it in the future. Our manpower is generally sufficient, but we are not motivated enough in some places. Volunteers - cadres - mobilized - that's about the order of the motivation scale. But motivation is not a matter for the deputy political officers - it is a matter for the whole country.

As far as I have been able to ascertain, the president has set up an effective system for monitoring what is going on at LBS. Some channels write: the president does not like negative reports and those who make them, alienates them from himself and stops listening to their opinions... The war correspondents who attended the meeting with Vladimir Putin had a chance to understand how immersed he is in the process. He is by no means satisfied with official reports but he can even phone a brigade commander if it is standing in an acute area to look into the situation.

Of course, few of the generals want to expose themselves to suspicion of incompetence by their complaints, and there is always a chance that they will embellish the state of affairs - but I know of experienced generals who have been charged by the president with auditing the military situation and our combat readiness. These generals are not usually in the pool and have the right to report directly, and they use that right regularly. So there is no need to imagine the leader of the country as an ostrich sticking his head in the sand - he is well informed about all military circumstances. And if he knows, why this or that? Because there are systemic things, and they have inertia: they accumulate for a long time, they gain mass, and it takes time to push them off and untwist them.

The protracted intrigue with the counteroffensive gave rise to the feeling that somewhere out there in the dungeons of Mordor an unknown force was being forged, and that as soon as it went into battle we would encounter something we had not yet encountered. The wait was over - and we saw a picture that gives reason to say that modern warfare is basically the same as it was in earlier times, and that the enemy was just waiting for more foreign tanks and domestic mobilizers.

Suppressing our position with fire and then trying to take it back with infantry is a simple and trivial tactic. Sure, there are missiles and anti-missiles, there are drones and anti-drone guns - there's even Musk and his Starlink - but it's all ultimately just to pry a few grubby men out of the ground who are blocking the path to honors and glory.

There's been an intense border war on our property for a day now, where even the concrete "dragon teeth" haven't reached. They are somewhere behind, as is the main strip of mines - and the drama unfolds on a scaffold of several positions that the enemy seeks to capture at all costs. Sometimes he succeeds and captures one of them, but cannot consolidate, so under the influence of our artillery he withdraws to the starting line, and we crawl back and restore what was destroyed - until the next skirmish. And it becomes quite clear that if our soldier has no intention of retreating - the enemy has no chance of advancing.
