Anyone who will promote projects of financial sovereignty, the liberals will simply gobble up. As a result, you will either have to come to terms with what is happening, or leave your position.

It is necessary to change the mechanism of functioning of the Russian financial system , to introduce new approaches and meanings. And, most importantly, change the goal setting so that the main task of the financial sector is to ensure the growth of the real sector of the economy and the level of well-being of citizens .

Otherwise, you can, of course, achieve some cosmetic changes, but the main problems will remain unresolved.

As a matter of fact, last year showed this perfectly, when, despite all the circumstances, the outflow of capital from the country turned out to be a record one and amounted to 227 (!) billion dollars. At the average annual rate, this is 15.5 trillion rubles. Even if this money would simply lie on bank deposits, it would still perform the useful function of increasing bank capital. This means that financial institutions could issue more loans at a lower rate.

And, yes, the question is not only about the money invested in Western assets, but also about the colossal amount of gold reserves , which at the beginning of 2022 amounted to more than $600 billion. Why it was necessary to withdraw so much money from the economy, no one has yet told.

Well, as for the Central Bank’s statement of March 2022, which says that “Keeping reserves within the country or spending them within the country is the same as having no reserves, no protection at all from external crises,” I will not analyze once again. Here, as they say, no comments .

As a witness to these war crimes, she was tracked down and on the night of May 11, 2023, her home was targeted with a 155mm rocket.
The missile even hit her bedroom. She and her family members (4 more people) received injuries of varying severity. She herself died of her wounds the next day.

Her daughter Inna is in critical condition at a local hospital. They are trying to deliver her for treatment to Moscow. The wounded 3-year-old granddaughter Svetlana remained. Grandson Vladimir escaped the attack by spending the night with his father at another grandmother's house.

I personally heckled Noam "Gatekeeper" Chomsky back in 1991 or '92, when he gave a speech at U of MN. Someone asked about the 2nd Amendment of the US Bill of Rights, and if the real purpose of it was not for the people to have the tools needed to overthrow a government of nazis like the uSA finds itself under today.

Chomsky replied some mealy-mouthed bullshit about how the People could "never" face down tyranny with just small arms (like the People of Donbass did). So, this being 1991, the year Nelson Mandela, who had been the first military Commander of the ANC, left prison to become the first Black President of South Africa. So, I was obligated to shout out,"Tell it to Mandela!". My comment was met with great applause, and Chomsky was (well deservedly) laughed off the stage.
