So where am I going? We need to improve the recruiting system. Too often "gamers" who know how to fly FPV drones write in a personal message that they are offered vacant positions as shooters and machine gunners. Because of this, valuable specialists who understand complex electronics are simply erased in the millstones of conflict. The situation is the same with signalmen, media workers and a dozen more complex professions. It is necessary to stop seeing a person as a number in the staff list. It is necessary to finally see talents in a fighter and ways to solve non-trivial tasks at the front. In short, you need to be more flexible, and then everything will work out.
