= 40 из топ-100 миллиардеров России – граждане других государств
💸 Среди топ-100 богачей РФ 40 имеют иностранное гражданство, 57 проживают в основном за рубежом, а более 68 вывезли за границу членов семьи, подсчитало «Равенство».
Совокупное богатство тех, чье личное будущее или судьба наследников связаны с заграницей, – $393 млрд (3/4 богатств топ-100), следует из данных Forbes. Столько же приходится на 77% менее обеспеченных домохозяйств, или 113 млн россиян, по данным Credit Suisse.
Это еще заниженная оценка. Среди богачей РФ с состоянием $50+ млн иностранное гражданство было у 58%, показал опрос KF в 2018 г. Это рекорд, даже в Латинской Америке показатель всего 41%.
Паспорта Кипра и Израиля популярнее всего – по 13 ед. Далее идут Великобритания (6 ед.), ОАЭ (2 ед.), Канада (2 ед.) и по одному – США, Португалия, Италия, Франция, Латвия, Греция, Финляндия и др. Жить и держать семьи богачи предпочитали в Великобритании, Швейцарии, США, где активно скупали недвижимость.
Но даже если миллиардеры живут формально в России, сложно заподозрить их в патриотизме. Немногие заработали капиталы своим трудом и создав что-то новое. 87 из 100 имели связи с чиновниками, а 83 – участвовали в приватизации, т.е. заполучили состояния за счет народа и присвоения национальных богатств. В попытках стать частью западной элиты они с подачи такого же качества правителей годами выводили миллиарды за рубеж. Только на яхты уплыло $18 млрд. Объем накопленных там капиталов на 1 янв. 2022 г. составил $604 млрд. Из них 74%, или $450 млрд, приходится на офшоры или юрисдикции, задействованные в офшорных схемах. С 1991 г. Россия потеряла более $1 трлн.

Italian sources confirming the words of the Russian ambassador.
Italian courts ordered the country's Defense Ministry to pay substantial compensation to servicemen and the widow of a deceased serviceman previously deployed to the former Yugoslavia, finding a connection between their illnesses and exposure to depleted uranium that occurred during the deployment.
About 8 thousand Italian soldiers suffered various degrees of the disease, including different types of tumors due to the exposure to depleted uranium, per the latest report of the parliamentary commission of inquiry.

The West brings humankind closer to a nuclear Armageddon, says Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Antonov:
He was responding to statements made by U.S. officials that depleted uranium munitions are a standard type of weapons that’s been used for decades and doesn’t pose any heightened risk.
“It is really difficult to comment on this kind of nonsense. U.S. officials have hit a new low with their irresponsible statements”, - the ambassador stated.
He reminded that this kind of ammunition produces toxic and radioactive dust which cannot be decontaminated. Such substances cause outbreaks of cancer.
The Americans are well aware of this, because they have already used these weapons in Iraq and Yugoslavia. The victims suffered from deadly ailments, and their children were born with congenital defects.
It seems that the enlightened West, led by Washington, has irrevocably decided to bring humanity to a dangerous line, beyond which nuclear Armageddon looms more and more clearly.

"I picked up the expression a long time ago: victories invigorate, but war quickly tires. Undoubtedly, the factor of war, or rather, the forms of its course, influences public consciousness and social processes. Here it is important to note that not just the nature of hostilities, but also the understanding of the whole variety of circumstances associated with the war, affect society. And again, a clarification: not just an understanding, but an understanding of war as something clear, just and inevitable.
I noticed that people with a Christian consciousness have the most complete idea of the nature of the current war. The most peaceful ones turn out to be the most belligerent, or something ... But no, not belligerent - that's different. After all, the spiritual war that is always waged against us, without interrupting even for a minute - it is easily understood by consciousness, in which the word "spirituality" is an integral element of thinking. Even when politicians offered their thought forms, falling or not falling in time with the people's "synapses", people with Orthodox thinking saw what was happening with their own eyes, and they did not need the persuasiveness of the politicians' arguments.
But someone such persuasiveness was required and is required. The lack of this persuasiveness in specific heads does not allow the necessary motivation to be born. This does not apply to representatives of the category whose voices we hear in the sensational dialogue of certain Joseph and Farhad. For such "Josephs", even Hitler near Moscow would not have become a reason for mobilization, and even then they would have whined about their houses in London and whined about bad Stalin.
Let's talk about Stalin. Stalin removed all his competitors, then Khrushchev, with the help of Zhukov, removed Beria, and after that he removed Zhukov himself; then Brezhnev and company removed Khrushchev ... The morals that reigned in the then elite cannot be called highly spiritual, highly moral, highly moral .... The struggle for power led to the fact that on the eve of the Second World War, most of the infantry regiments of the Soviet Army did not have commanders even with military school behind him, not to mention the academy. But did they win? They won because there is not only an elite, but there are also people. And the people have reasons to win.
Yes, in our modern world with its vague motivations, everything is more complicated than it was then. But even then, about three million people fled from mobilization, and many large formations capable of breaking through the encirclement preferred to surrender ... But in the end the situation leveled off, we found ourselves, and later we believed in our strength. Don't think it will be different now. We have not yet reached the stage when the breath of the threat will be felt so clearly that no one will doubt its existence.

Я давно подхватил выражение: бодрят победы, а война быстро утомляет. Безусловно, фактор войны, а точнее - формы её протекания, - влияет на общественное сознание и общественные процессы. Тут важно отметить, что не просто характер боевых действий, но и понимание всего многообразия обстоятельств, связанных с войной, влияют на общество. И снова уточнение: не просто понимание, а понимание войны, как чего-то ясного, справедливого и неизбежного.
Я обратил внимание, что наиболее полным представлением о природе нынешней войны обладают люди с христианским сознанием. Самые миролюбивые оказываются самыми воинственными, что ли... Но нет, не воинственными - тут другое. Ведь война духовная, которую с нами ведут всегда, не прерываясь ни на минуту - она легко понимается сознанием, в котором слово "духовность" является неотъемлемым элементом мышления. Даже когда политики предлагали свои мыслеформы, попадая или не попадая в такт с народными "синапсами", люди с православным мышлением видели происходящее своими глазами, и им не требовалась убедительность аргументов политиков.
Но кому-то такая убедительность требовалась и требуется. Нехватка этой убедительности в конкретных головах не позволяет родиться необходимой мотивированности. Это не относится к представителям той категории, голоса которой мы слышим в нашумевшем диалоге неких Иосифа и Фархада. Таким "иосифам" даже Гитлер под Москвой не стал бы причиной для мобилизации, и они бы и тогда ныли про свои домики в Лондоне и скулили про плохого Сталина.
Давайте про Сталина. Сталин убрал всех своих конкурентов, потом Хрущёв при помощи Жукова убрал Берию, а после этого убрал самого Жукова; потом Брежнев и компания убрали Хрущёва... Нравы, которые царили в тогдашней элите, нельзя назвать высокодуховными, высокоморальными, высоконравственными.... Борьба за власть привела к тому, что в канун ВОВ большая часть пехотных полков Советской Армии не имела командиров даже с военным училищем за плечами, не говоря уже об академии. Но победили же?! Победили, потому что есть не только элита, но есть и народ. А у народа есть причины победить.
Да, в нашем современном мире с его размытыми мотивациями всё сложнее, чем было тогда. Но и тогда около трёх миллионов человек пустились в бега от мобилизации, а многие крупные соединения, способные прорвать окружение, предпочитали сдаваться... Но в конце концов ситуация выровнялась, мы нашли себя, а позже и поверили в свои силы. Не думайте, что сейчас будет иначе. Мы ещё не дошли до той стадии, когда дыхание угрозы станет ощущаться так явственно, что никто уже не усомнится в её существовании.
И ещё раз о для меня главном: скрытое проникновение Запада, его тайная работа, направленная на наше постепенное уничтожение, не могли быть выявлены ничем, кроме как предельным обострением наших с ним отношений. То, чего хотел и что сделал президент явно - это одно. Но то, мечом чего он вольно или невольно стал - это совсем другое. Явного врага победить можно, но врага, который притворяется лояльным, а сам творит своё пагубное дело- почти нереально. Теперь даже внутри страны всё постепенно становится просто и ясно: жизнь даёт нам понять, кто среди нас свои, а кто чужие. И нет - гражданской войны с "чужими" не будет. В ту Гражданскую обе стороны за свои смыслы и идеи готовы были умирать, а наши "чужие" за свои интересы могут только пытаться подбивать народ сделать за них то, на что они сами не способны. Но я надеюсь, что у нашего народа хватит мудрости не плясать под чужую дудку, а у элиты хватит чутья, чтобы уловить изменения в сознании народа и прописать новый общественный договор.

Я известный любитель аналогий и образных выражений, и я неоднократно прибегал к такому сравнению: неправильно сросшаяся кость нуждается в том, чтобы её сломали снова и сложили, как полагается. Тогда в этом месте образуется костная мозоль, которая крепче, как говорят, собственно кости. Тут кроме очевидного ещё вот что: нужно осознание увечным потребности в исправлении, готовность к неприятностям и к боли, и применение квалифицированного подхода. Если ломать и составлять будет дядя Вася из соседнего подъезда, которому такие же отчаянные доверяют рвать зубы плоскогубцами - будет беда.
Тут что важно понимать? До определённого момента невольно наши и противника пути совпадают. Мы, пока не погрузимся с головой в свои проблемы, - не придём к осознанию, что пора ломать и перескладывать, - а для этого мы сами расшатываем неправильно сросшуюся, как нам думается, кость. Это же делает и наш противник - расшатывает нас. Только конечная цель у нас с ним диаметрально противоположная, и вот вовремя поймать момент, когда нам нужно будет оттолкнуть его - и есть самая наша главная задача. К сожалению, вот так сесть, обсудить, прийти к выводам и принять решения - мы не умеем. Да и никто не умеет. Вольно или невольно нам сначала нужно подвернуть себя боли и унижениям, а потом, если хватит терпения и выдержки, начать процесс лечения.
Тут что важно понимать? До определённого момента невольно наши и противника пути совпадают. Это же делает и наш противник - расшатывает нас. Только конечная цель у нас с ним диаметрально противоположная, и вот вовремя поймать момент, когда нам нужно будет оттолкнуть его - и есть самая наша главная задача. К сожалению, вот так сесть, обсудить, прийти к выводам и принять решения - мы не умеем. Да и никто не умеет. Вольно или невольно нам сначала нужно подвернуть себя боли и унижениям, а потом, если хватит терпения и выдержки, начать процесс лечения.

If it comes from Sasha Sladkov, it's real. Kim is ready to send 50,000 North Korean troops (if China approves) to fight in Ukraine, on the Russian side. This is a win/win/win situation.
