⚡️ The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation: Russia files criminal charges against ICC prosecutor and judges

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has initiated criminal charges against Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court Karim Ahmad Khan, as well as judges of the International Criminal Court Tomoko Akane, Rosario Salvatore Aitala and Sergio Gerardo Ugalde Godinez.

On February 22, 2023, Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court Karim Ahmad Khan, acting as part of a criminal investigation, submitted applications to Pre-Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Court for warrants of arrest in relation to citizens of the Russian Federation.

Based on this application, the above-named judges of the International Criminal Court issued illegal arrest warrants in relation to the President of the Russian Federation and the Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights.

This criminal prosecution is illegal by definition because there are no grounds for bringing criminal charges.

According to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Internationally Protected Persons of December 14, 1973, heads of state enjoy total immunity and cannot be subjected to the jurisdiction of a foreign state.

Actions by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court contain elements of offences as per Part 2, Article 299, Part 1, Article 30, and Part 2, Article 360 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, including knowingly ascribing criminal responsibility to an innocent person, combined with unlawfully accusing a person of committing a grave or especially grave crime, as well as preparing an assault against a representative of a foreign state benefitting from international protection with a view to complicating international relations.

Но если правда, то это значит, что администрация города продолжает сопротивляться и гадить. В прокуратуру просто так не вызывают. Значит, администрация города написала заявление. Прокуратура и милиция Горячего ключа хорошо знают ЧВК. Дело в том, что все уголовные дела, касающиеся ЧВК Вагнер, передаются правоохранителям в Горячий ключ. Считается, что ЧВК Вагнер имеет в этом населенном пункте «базу/военный городок», а все уголовные дела расследуются по месту фактического нахождения. Там же решают, что делать с видео, где ЧВКшники разбили молотом голову человеку (Евгению Нужину) — материалы по этому делу тоже переданы в Горячий ключ. Почему никто из депутатов Госдумы не напишет заявление в Генеральную Прокуратуру с просьбой провести проверку действий власти Краснодарского края по статье о дискредитации добровольцев? Президент только подписал закон. Он действует. Как с кувалдой и Пригожиным фотографироваться — так запросто, как в прокуратуру обращаться — нельзя?

CNN wrote that Xi's visit is "a clear show of support for an increasingly isolated Putin." China's top leader will now dine with a suspected war criminal he has called his "best friend" and reaffirm his "limitless" partnership with the global pariah. No matter what they try to write and say in the West, Xi is in Moscow and is holding an informal meeting with Putin today. The results of the visit have yet to be summed up, but it is already clear that the decision of the ICC did not stop the leader of the PRC. Авдеевка. Сообщения (пришедшие от американского института изучения войны ISW) о контроле над селом Степовое и штурме Бердычей преждевременны, к Степовому только подошли, в вот бои внутри Каменки и продвижение в ней есть. Просматривается план обходить Авдеевку вдоль высот с целью создать оперативное окружение, но говорить о нем очень рано, надо дождаться установления огневого контроля над дорогами к западу от Авдеевки. Украинские паблики пишут, что и в Авдеевку теперь перебрасывают резервы, потому что в отличии от Артемовска, утрата Авдеевки имеет стратегическое значение для восточного фронта ВСУ.

Запорожский фронт. Как я писал ранее,
неудачные для ВСУ разведки боем однозначно будут продолжаться — Киев меняет жизни солдат на информацию о наших позициях, артиллерии, скорости взаимодействия. Только отправленные в реальный бой группы смогут сделать реальными линии нашей обороны на карте.
Подготовка, в ходе которой легко отдают жизни солдат, говорит о серьезности намерений Киева. Это пока они аккуратно и точечно трогают фронт, наступление, же я уверен, пойдёт в нескольких местах одновременно, это однозначно будет ярко и жестко — не надо забывать, что Зеленский шоумен.

Американцы по очередным поставкам оружия пока молчат, зато Северная Македония передала Украине 4 штурмовика Су-25 и рассматривает возможность передачи 12 боевых вертолетов Ми-24.

МИД РФ сделал заявление о сроке продления зерновой сделки, сообщив, что период очередной пролонгации сокращения до 60 дней, то есть до 18 мая, и эта позиция была официально доведена до турецкой и украинской сторон, а также до ООН. Возможное решение о непродлении озвучил и Президент, выступая на конференции Россия-Африка, которая проходит в Москве. Он обозначил, что если Россия примет решение не продлевать зерновую сделку, она зерно поставит в Африку бесплатно. Обозначена очередная «красная линия» в части соблюдения интересов России в этой сделке. Уверен, африканцы с радостью восприняли слова нашего Президента.

Интересно, что конференция с руководством африканских стран совпала по времени с визитом в Москву главы Китая. Лидеры России и Китая в своих статьях в преддверии трехдневных переговоров обозначили желание строить многополярный мир, и присутствие в Москве руководителей ряда стран целого континента отлично этот тезис дополняет.

При этом американские СМИ ожидаемо активно критикуют поездку Си Цзиньпина в Москву, и, конечно, вспоминают ордер МУС. CNN написал, что визит Си является «яркой демонстрацией поддержки все более изолированного Путина». «Главный лидер Китая теперь будет обедать с подозреваемым военным преступником, которого он назвал «лучшим другом», и подтверждать свое «безграничное» партнерство с глобальным изгоем», - пишет телеканал. Что бы ни пытались писать и говорить на западе, Си в Москве и проводит сегодня неформальную встречу с Путиным. Итоги визита еще предстоит подвести, но уже ясно, что решение МУС лидера КНР не остановило. По прилету Си Цзиньпин сказал, что Китай готов вместе с Россией стоять на страже миропорядка, основанного на международном праве.

Поэтому парни, совершившие проступки, показали, что они могут быть героями, возьмите, к примеру, уже бывшего зэка Айка Гаспаряна, который торжественно получил медаль «За отвагу» из рук президента Путина, который защищал свою Родину и будет ее защищать. А с другой стороны – посмотрите на мужа Шойгу – Столярова Алексея. Кто из них лучше – Айк, который совершил преступление и сел, вышел и стал настоящим героем или подонок-блогер, который как был тварью, так ею и остался? Система пытается не дать им вернуться в нормальную жизнь, а они хотят этого. Поэтому и процент повторных преступлений, который раньше всегда колебался от 3,5 до 7 % севших в первый месяц после освобождения упал почти в 15 раз. The Kiev regime continues its aggressive campaign against the canonical Orthodox Church, the largest in Ukraine. It is crudely violating its international commitments on the freedom of conscience and religion. In the past few days, the pressure of the authorities reached its peak.

The video address by the monks of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra has spread around the web. They addressed the international community and President Vladimir Zelensky in the hope of being finally heard although they are facing total isolation and an information blockade.

We noted the unacceptable position – the lack of any comment by the UN Secretariat. Stephane Dujarric, the Spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General, said he had no information on what is happening with the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.

When we hear that the UN has no information, we are tempted to ask whether the UN Secretary-General was, in fact, in Kiev on March 8? What was he doing there if literally a couple of days later his Press Secretary did not have any information about one of the most tragic events in present-day Kiev?

I am always ready to help when there is no information.

The Ukrainian leadership is going to take the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra from the Ukrainian Orthodox Church before March 29. The use of force is not ruled out. It should be said that this place is a shrine for millions of Orthodox believers but not for the current rulers of Ukraine, which are making such illegal and soulless decisions. Even more sacrilegious is their intention to inventory the relics of the saints kept in Lavra. I did not misspeak. I haven’t invented anything. They said it themselves. In its Russophobic hysteria, Kiev is ignoring the fact that these are not museum display items but relics of the holy, including Nestor Letopisets, Ilya Muromets and other saints that are revered and prayed to in the entire Orthodox world.

We strongly condemn such infringements on the rights of and discrimination against millions of Orthodox Christians. We urge the concerned international organisations to influence the Kiev’s regime in order to put an end to the persecution of and lawlessness against the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
