Каждый раз публикуя свои реквизиты я сильно напрягаюсь морально. Мне эти "сборы" - как кость в горле. Так что я для спокойствия души хочу извиниться перед всеми, что такая у нас фигня со снабжением, что воевать нечем.
Сегодня со мной на связь выходил Новосибирский завод. Они сказали, что работают в 3 смены, делают те самые прицелы для армии. Сами прицелы, увы, не предложили.
Высокопоставленный представитель ВПК мне сказал, что тепляков делаются тысячи и тысячи ежемесячно.
Только в глаза их мало кто видел. Во всяком случае мне неизвестно, чтоб в бригаду был поставлен хотя бы один тепловизионный прицел. Вероятно складам нужнее. Или тем, кто стоит на 35 линии обороны, куда ездят большие чиновники фоткаться.
А время уходит. И наши люди уходят. И не возвращаются.

The factor of the West and its help is significant, but the percentage of assimilation of this help is quite high both for people from the Soviet Union like us, despite considerable corruption - where without it. In my opinion, a higher degree of competition in the environment plays an important role in this, which, of course, is a double-edged sword, but in a specific situation this is more of a plus than a minus. In our country, competition is represented by the confrontation between PMCs and the Ministry of Defense, which, in the absence of political rules and a culture of competition, rather plays against us.
Why can competitiveness in a war be a positive factor and not lead to the Seven Boyars? Because then people are motivated not by following authority, but by the general idea - clear and understandable to the majority. With skillful manipulation of military circumstances in order to strengthen the central government, even such a moral monster as Zelensky can become the leader of the nation - but the advantage is that the motivation of a country driven by a common idea does not depend on the ratings of those who give orders."

Это как при заучивании на память отрывка в прозе взять и запомнить пару слов не так, как в оригинале - потом почти невозможно переучить, как надо.
Чечня была давно - мало кто и остался в армии с того времени. Про Сирию сейчас приоткрывается много информации такого рода, что складывается впечатление, что для армии это скорее антиопыт, чем опыт.... Получается, что приобретаемое нами сейчас представление о войне - оно первое настоящее. В этом плане противник имеет восьмилетнюю фору, но и это не единственное его ситуативное преимущество: формула жизни в стране, не избалованной природными ресурсами, отличается большей гибкостью и адаптивностью.
Фактор запада и его помощи существенный, но процент усвоения этой помощи довольно высок как для таких же выходцев из Советского Союза, как и мы, несмотря на немалую коррупцию - куда без неё. На мой взгляд, не последнюю роль в этом играет более высокая степень конкурентности среды, которая, безусловно, - палка о двух концах, - но в конкретной обстановке это скорее плюс, чем минус. У нас же конкуренция представлена противостоянием ЧВК и Министерства обороны, которое в отсутствии политических правил и культуры конкуренции играет, скорее, против нас.
Почему конкурентность в условиях войны может быть положительным фактором и не повлечь за собой семибоярщину? Потому что тогда людей мотивирует не следование за авторитетом, а общая идея - чёткая и понятная большинству. При умелом манипулировании военными обстоятельствами с целью укрепления центральной власти даже такой моральный урод, как Зеленский, может стать лидером нации, - но преимущество в том, что мотивированность страны, движимой общей идеей, не зависит от рейтингов тех, кто отдаёт приказы.

Moscow Condemns ‘Nazi Celebration’ At White House
The decision by the White House to bestow an International Women of Courage Award on a member of a far-right Ukrainian nationalist battalion Yulia Paevskaya is “disgraceful,” said Anatoly Antonov, Moscow’s ambassador to the US, on Thursday.
Antonov described Paevskaya as a “terrorist cutthroat whose hands are covered in the blood of the elderly, women and children.” In March 2022 in Mariupol Paevskaya “pretended to be a mother of two children whose parents she had killed herself,” and then tried to escape disguised in civilian clothing.
Antonov asserted that Washington is well aware of this information, but “to hurt Russia, the United States is willing to glorify Nazism. This is a disgrace. It is incomprehensible that Nazis can be celebrated within the walls of the White House." He added that the US authorities should be “ashamed” of themselves for dishonoring the American and Soviet veterans who fought against fascism during World War II.

Командирами назначали тех, кого слушали бойцы, за кем шли. Да, в Красной армии тоже активно использовали военспецов — офицеров царской армии. Но в Красной армии все определялось знаниями и умением, а не статусом.

VK blocked my account for 24 hours for posting about a 14 year girl murdered by US/Ukrop nazi shelling. Yandex maps uses ukrop names for cities that are under ukrop attack - "Bakmut", "Horlivka". Even BING maps (Microsoft) uses the Russian names - Artemovsk and Gorlovka. VK is Russian Facebook, Yandex is Russian Google. That they both connive and collaborate with western nazis is unforgivable. As is the Russian government's failure to nationalize these strategic assets, and remove them from the hands of traitors.
Russia has the power to win this war. If Russia loses this war for the future of Russia, and the future of Humanity, it will not be because of the power of our enemies, it will be because of the power of the traitors in our midst that we failed to deal with.
