Проговорили полтора часа. Он не сказал ни имени, ни звания. Но офицер. Служил в регулярной армии. Теперь в ЧВК Вагнер больше года. Не буду называть ни вида транспорта ни направления.
После прохождения военной кафедры и сборов в 2000-м году я случайно со своим товарищем пересеклись с двумя курсантами из нашего военного училища в Новосибирске. Познакомился он с ними интересно: Один из курсантов перемещаясь по студгородку в Академгородке взял моего товарища "за грудки" с вопросом "как пройти на студенческую дискотеку"? На что Вова ответил "руки убери, извинись, и продолжим разговор". Владимир на тот момент уже был призером России по тхэквондо. А ребята после трех командировок в Чечню. Могу за давностью ошибаться, но командировки по пол года были.
По мере повышения градуса разговора один из курсантов сказал "какой крутой чувак, не очканул. Давай пить водку" (Оба были под два метра. Но конкретно жилистые. Вова 192 см, тоже сильно жилистый. Они выше Вовы и меня на тот момент были. Один из них точно помню, что снайпер). Собственно Вове два раза предлагать не надо. На дискотеке уже меня встретили. И вот спрашиваю я своего товарища на следующий день: вот ты призер России, если бы все-таки пришлось схлестнуться с ними, против любого из них были шансы? Вова товарищ адекватный. Поэтому ответил: "Ни одного шанса". Там действует уже абсолютно другая понятийная база. Так вот и общаясь с этим вагнеровцем понял примерно то же самое.
Несколько тезисов.
Расход патронов очень высокий. Часто не успевают подвозить. Много используют трофейного.
Автомата хватает максимум на 2-3 месяца. Потом обычно меняют на трофейные.
В "стычке" часто нет времени перезарядить автомат, берет трофейный и дальше с ним. Было что пять раз успел поменять за одну "стычку". (Что это за профи, мне даже думать не хочется. С такими людьми лучше быть с одной стороны.)
Пули использует в основном бронебойные. "...обычными броник не пробьешь...".
Часто ВСУшники под кислотой. Говорит были прецеденты, что "пробиваю бронежилет, там точно в бронике дырки. А он на меня прет. И еще секунд 15-30 двигается". были случаи, когда с дыркой во лбу секунд 15 продолжал моргать глазами. Саму жидкость тоже видели. Пузырьки с розовой жидкостью.
Было видео (НА АШ тоже), где после ранения в ногу ВСУшник что – то себе колет и идет как ни в чем ни бывало дальше. Сказал, что это возможно антишоковое было. Перевязываешь ногу, колешь антишоковое. В целом нормальная практика.
Тампоны при пулевом да, отлично подходят.
Был случай, когда их группе в 10 человек сдались 35 ВСУшников. Только увидели шевроны и стали сдаваться. Статус Вагнера очень высок.
Последнее время в основном иностранцы. Украинцев уже даже меньше чем иностранцев.
Над пленными не издеваются. Сдают пленных специальным людям.
Они штурмовики. "камикадзе самоубийцы", по его собственному определению.
Артиллерия сейчас работает гораздо грамотнее, чем в начале операции.
Тактика ведения боя сильно изменилась.
Терминатор и Т-90М отличные машины.

Все кто к ним приходит, проходит обкатку. Обычно до полугода. В местах, "где заметно спокойней". То есть нет такого, чтоб прямо из зоны или из гражданки приходили в боевое подразделение.
Его отец участвовал в боевых действиях в Чечне. Говорит, общаясь с отцом пришли к выводу, что абсолютно другой уровень боевых действий и их интенсивности.
Во время операции не спит. До двух трех дней. Отсыпается потом.

Те кто с зоны приходят, обычно фыркают первое время. До первой стычки. Потом понимают, кто есть кто. Весь гонор пропадает и работают как и все. Дисциплина жесткая.

Proletarsky and Budyonovsky districts were hit, houses and civilian infrastructure were damaged.
A serious tragedy unfolded as a result of the shelling of the Petrovsky district: the rescue services that arrived at the scene tried to provide assistance and evacuate the wounded, at that moment they were hit by a MLRS. 3 ambulance workers died on the spot, another died in the hospital, 10 employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received injuries of varying severity. The number of civilian casualties is being specified.
