В условиях нехватки личного состава, и особенно офицеров, отсеивать и отправлять из армии на улицу опытнейших офицеров из Донецка и Луганска, за плечами которых восемь лет реальных военных действий — это похоже на реальное вредительство.
Хороший и правильный материал у Сладкова, где он пишет, что при переводе воинских подразделений ЛДНР в российскую армию хотят комиссовать тысячи хороших офицеров. Я согласен с ним — делать этого ни в коем случае нельзя.

Почему такие последствия нашего наступления в том же Мариуполе? Вот нас учили, а потом мы учили тактике действий в городских условиях, и даже не так - учили захватывать здания, ходить по коридорам, врываться в помещения... Ничего из этого не работает в условиях войны, а не антитеррора. Более того: когда я вижу, как мобилизованных околоинструкторы учат ходить в штурмовых порядках в составе группы - мне хочется построить этих горе-инструкторов и погнать их под огнём в красивом построении плотной группой навстречу госпиталю, чтобы они хоть один раз на себе испытали, что в составе группы хватит одной мины, чтобы уложить всех.
Поэтому мы сносим перед собой всё, что противник может использовать, как укрытие, и поэтому такие последствия. Опыт боёв в Мариуполе показал, что достаточно пары грамотно организованных взводов, чтобы держать батальон. Чтобы попасть в здание и проводить в нём зачистку - к зданию ещё нужно подойти. Противник косит огнём штурмовиков на подходах, и только один выход - сносить это здание к такой-то матери хоть чем. Сейчас этот недогород Угледар в очередной раз демонстрирует мою правоту. Напомню, что в первый день решающего наступления на Севастополь немцы израсходовали четыре тысячи ТОНН снарядов. Если мы хотим взять Угледар - нам ничего не остаётся, кроме как сносить перед собой всё. Но чем? Пока не снесём - ложить личный состав в безуспешных попытках отвоевать хоть кусок - неправильно.
