NATO INFORMAL AGREEMENT AND WHY THE SHIPS CAN PASS

According to the information from the German Press Agency, there are informal agreements among the NATO states to refrain from delivering certain weapon systems to Ukraine:

"Some diplomats have so far adhered to informal agreements - also because otherwise, they would have to fear that they would not get the full support of their alliance partners in the event of a Russian attack. For this reason, Poland, for example, is said to have refrained from delivering MiG-29 fighter jets of Soviet design to Ukraine more than two months ago."

This cancels the Bundestag decision to the federal government to deliver two types of heavy weapons to Ukraine: Gepard anti-aircraft tanks and Panzerhaubitzen. (BTW They don't say 88 Tanks anymore.)

It also became known that Israel had refused a US request for the supply of Spike anti-tank missiles to Ukraine. It is alleged that Israel has expressed its readiness to send Ukraine only non-lethal military equipment, as it fears that if the Russian military is killed by Israeli weapons, then Russia in response "will harm Israel's security interests in Syria.

At the same time, Ukrainian media sources are speculating about an agreement between Putin and NATO to allow the passage of cargo ships in exchange for canceling the shipment of heavy weapons to Ukraine.

Such an agreement though seems very logical does not stand the reality. Here is why. Once the Ukrainian Regime gets a hold of long-range artillery it will target Russian civilian infrastructure. Among the first targets will be the Crimean bridge, Sevastopol port, warships, nuclear plants, and bases. This has a 100% chance of developing into a full-fledged war. And this is just simply not what was planned all along: Ukrainians were supposed to be thrown under Russian artillery to cause disturbance while the sanctions were to kill the Russian economy. So check and mate! No more valid moves. If NATO provides long-range weapons to Ukraine it will have to confront the power it is not ready to deal with.

The cargo ships can pass for very different reasons:

1. Russia does not wish to cause hunger and suffering.
2. The ports are mined by Ukrainians, let the world see what happens.
3. Taking the grain from Ukraine they actually take it from the Western part. The East and South will be well provided as a part of the new liberated formation. If Kiev wants to leave the pro-nazi West with no supplies at the point of decision-making, this would be at least educational.
4. The only true victory is achieved in the opponent's mind.

Any understanding comes gradually and patience always wins. Let us just wait and see what happens.
