It seems the Canadian authorities have come up with a pretty good loophole to keep the budget down. You could just let people die under a simplified programme. Even online, why not? It seems that the same Germany is already ready to adopt this life hack. We have to fight Putin somehow.

А после выборов неожиданно для избирателей и членов коалиции подписывает в Европе план выхода из долгового кризиса с новыми кредитами и новыми пакетами обязательств перед кредиторами. Такие дела.

На что же расчитывает Дмитрий Медведев? Думаю, что в какой-то момент может понадобиться фигура несомненного исключительного патриотизма, которая сможет заключить совершенно нетриумфальный мирный договор. Чтоб не получилось как с Мединским в Турции. Вот и готовится Медведев

Even globally, our small planet simply cannot withstand such a reckless waste of resources that Western society has allowed itself in recent decades.

It is now impossible to sell a shopping center in Russia. In October, the largest bank in the country put up for sale 13 shopping centers in different regions from Siberia to the Moscow region, the total result is zero applications.

Most likely, they will be doomed to bankruptcy or some kind of re-profiling. Maybe there are some individual specialists who are ready to create a miracle, but this will become an exception rather than a possible trend,
