Год закончится кадровыми перемещениями на значимых направлениях. Может ли это существенно повлиять на положение дел в целом по стране? Вот мы ждём перемен, уповаем на то, что война, обнажившая наши проблемы, станет стимулом к их устранению.... Собственно, любые разговоры о необходимости что-то менять косвенно говорят о том, что долгие годы правления президента увенчались успехом не во всём - мы как бы бросаем упрёк президенту в том, что его детище с трудом сдаёт экзамен на зрелость.
Главное, не забывать, какое наследство получил Путин, и главное в этом наследстве не разрушенная страна, а изменившееся сознание людей. А когда мы говорим об изменившемся сознании, вот только тогда мы подходим к ответу на вопрос, приведут ли к чему-либо значимые кадровые перестановки. Можно снять с должности Герасимова, можно снять глав медийных корпораций - можно вывезти девушку из деревни, а вот вывезти деревню из девушки....
Всё, где ходят деньги, воспринимается изменившимся сознанием современных людей, как кормовая база. Не первые лица расставляют паучью сеть, в которую влетают деньги, а целый сонм их подчинённых, фамилий которых мы с вами никогда и не узнаем,. Они собирают откаты, они заносят положенные доли - и чаще так, чем по-другому. DONETSK, December 9. /TASS/. The statements by United Nations representatives that it is impossible to identify those responsible for shelling attacks on the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) are "criminal lies," DPR’s ombudswoman Darya Motozova told TASS on Friday.
UN Secretary General’s Spokesman Stephane Dujarric said earlier that the December 5-6 shelling attacks on Donetsk caused numerous civilian casualties and damages to offices of humanitarian organizations. However, in his words, the UN cannot identify those responsible.
"If back in 2014, UN statements that it cannot identify those who shelled Donbass looked ridiculous, now such theses can be branded as criminal lies. It is strange that the world’s leading organization established to maintain peace and security has not enough instruments to establish the truth," he said.
She stressed that the authors of such statements have not visited Donbass since 2014. "If the international community had not turned a blind eye on the crimes of the Ukrainian authorities, the December 5-6 development would have never happened, like many other tragedies. As long as the so-called civilized world continues to play blind-deaf-mute games, Donbass will be a target of shelling attacks and people will be dying in Donbass," she stressed and called on the United Nations to take proper measures in respect of Ukraine.
Ukrainian troops have been shelling Donetsk, including from Grad multiple rocket launchers since the beginning of the week. On December 5-6 only, seven civilians were killed and 27 more were wounded. Numerous residential houses, schools, kindergartens, shops and infrastructure facilities were damaged.

Артиллерийский огонь ведётся по Марьинке, Красногоровке, Авдеевке и Клещеевке. Под Артемовском наши уперлись в позиции ВСУ на окраинах города, тоже без продвижений. А чтобы штурмовать Артемовск, нужно, как полагают, занять Опытное. Но после успехов начала недели пока видим относительное затишье.
В ЛНР идут бои за Новоселовское (это на трассе между Сватово и Купянском). Значимая часть поселка за российскими подразделениями.
Пишут, что наши занимают находящийся в «серой зоне» Большой Потемкинский остров, который расположен прямо около самого Херсона и вроде как контролирует устье Днепра. Целью объявлена защита Голой Пристани. Сообщается, что это стратегически важный остров. Голую Пристань, как я помню, эвакуировали в начале ноября. А если это так, то зачем нам ещё один Змеиный?
На Запорожском направлении наша артиллерия ночью накрыла опорные пункты и живую силу противника. Это направление продолжает считаться самым вероятным для наступления ВСУ, там концентрируют резервы.
ВСУ нанесли удар по центральному рынку города Алёшки в Херсонской области. Также очередной удар по жилым кварталам Донецка. Эту неделю называют пиковой по количеству погибших мирных жителей Донецка: убито 80 россиян и свыше 300 ранено. Есть понимание, что, например, по районам Донецка бьют из н.п. Тоненькое. Я, конечно, не военный специалист, но почему не ведётся контрбатарейная работа? Если по объективным причинам невозможно уничтожить источник обстрела, то, может, пора эвакуировать мирных жителей из Донецка? Давать, как херсонцам, сертификаты и расселять. Россия большая, места точно хватит.
ВСУ сегодня продолжили обстрелы района Запорожской АЭС и Энергодара — более 10 снарядов упали на береговой линии. Бьют из района Никополя и Марганца. Собственно, продолжение обстрелов зоны ЗАЭС было вопросом времени. Думаю, что даже согласованная с МАГАТЭ «зона безопасности» не угомонит Украину.
Ночные удары "Гераней" в Одесской области дополнили повреждения энергообъектов, добив автотрансформаторы. Премьер-министр Украины заявил, что в стране повреждено 40% объектов высоковольтной сети, а также повреждены все тепловые и гидроэлектростанции. Тут Россия подошла системно: методично добивает недобитое в прошлые заходы или быстро восстановленное. С недоумением прочитал, что Азербайджан отправил Украине 45 силовых трансформаторов и 50 генераторов, об этом сообщили в МИД Азербайджана. Интересно, что ответит наш МИД.
Белый дом объявил о новом пакете военной помощи Украине на сумму $275 млн. Туда вошли ракеты для HIMARS, 155-мм снаряды, HMMWV и генераторы. Причем, Пентагон сделал два заказа на расширение производства артиллерийских снарядов 155мм для снабжения Украины. Однако американцы якобы не решаются передать Киеву разведывательно-ударные беспилотники MQ-9 Reaper. Сегодня не решаются, а завтра — кто знает? Германия же объявила, что на складах нет свободных систем Patriot, которые можно было бы передать Украине.
И из созидательного. Запущены два больших проекта в рамках развития Арктической зоны. Кольская ветроэлектростанция, самая мощная в Арктике (750 гигаватт-час в год, что позволит сократить выброс около 600 тысяч тонн углекислого газа), работает на оборудовании, рассчитанном на крайне низкие температуры. Второй проект — Семаковское газовое месторождение, первое в России морское газовое месторождение, разработка которого ведется прямо с берега.
