Министр обороны Великобритании Бен Уоллес 18 октября, накануне отставки Лиз Трасс и всего правительства, вылетел в Вашингтон для встречи с Министром обороны США Ллойдом Остином. Официальная версия — обсуждение общих опасений по поводу безопасности и ситуации на Украине. Ради визита Уоллес в очень короткие сроки отменил запланированные слушания в парламенте.

Опасения Уоллеса вызваны частичной мобилизацией в России, обстрелами объектов энергетики. Последнее назвали так: гражданские лица становятся мишенью по-новому. Срочность визита вызвана также заявлениями Владимира Путина, якобы, с ядерными угрозами. На последнее прошу обратить внимание, это важно. Дело в том, что Президент России никогда не выступал с угрозами применения ядерного оружия, в отличие от Зеленского, который призывал НАТО превентивно нанести ядерный удар по России. Но, тем не менее, именно ядерную угрозу со стороны России назвали в числе причин визита Уоллеса в США.

Вчера глава Пентагона Остин звонил министру обороны РФ Шойгу. То есть МО Великобритании, бросая срочные дела, летит в Штаты на встречу с МО США. Там они совещаются, и после этого МО США звонит МО России. У этого звонка может быть два объяснения. Первое — он звонил, чтобы предложить мир и переговоры. Второе — он звонил, чтобы объявить ультиматум.

Я несколько часов изучал комментарии беседы Шойгу и Ллойда и поездки МО Великобритании в западных СМИ. Поразительно, но ничего интересного не нашёл. Такое значимое событие никто не комментирует, как в рот воды набрали, развёрнутых комментариев нет.

Если бы разговор касался мирных переговоров, то логично, чтобы их проводили президенты. Но пресс-секретарь Президента России Песков заявил — телефонного разговора Путина и Байдена нет в планах после беседы Шойгу с МО США. Точка. Значит, логичнее думать, что разговор шёл не о мире. Впрочем, после взрывов газопроводов, понятно, что Запад пойдёт до конца. Мир его не устроит. Территорию России и её природные богатства уже поделили между собой западные государства. Дороги назад нет.

Какой вывод можно из всего этого сделать? Российская власть, пусть и с большим опозданием, приняла совершенно верное решение о частичной мобилизации и о выводе из строя объектов украинской энергетической инфраструктуры. Эти два решения и послужили причиной срочного визита МО Великобритании в США. Это выход России за флажки (https://t.me/olegtsarov/3558) коридора, по которому её ведут на убой, обнадеживая мирными переговорами и окончанием войны. Обратите внимание, МО Великобритании полетел в США. То есть предмет разговора был настолько конфиденциальным, что пришлось лететь, обсуждать по телефону было нельзя. То, что Россия начала мобилизацию и выводит из строя подстанции и ТЭЦ — не секрет. Выходит, обсуждали не это. Думаю, что обсуждали ультиматум России и меры, которые предпримет Запад, если Россия не пойдет на ультиматум.

Мои друзья видят риски, что сразу после выборов в конгресс США (8 ноября) взорвут тактический заряд на территории Украины и обвинят в этом Россию. Если взорвут раньше, американцы решат, что администрация Байдена довела мир до ядерной войны, и это плохо скажется на результатах выборов. Если устроить провокацию после выборов в конгресс, но до встречи G20 (15–16 ноября) на Бали, можно будет на встрече объявить Россию страной-террористом, сделать изгоем и призвать все страны, включая Индию и Китай, присоединиться к санкциям.

Возможно, последствия невыполнения ультиматума Ллойд Шойгу не озвучил. Возможно, озвучил какие-то иные и они вообще не связаны с ядерными взрывами. Например, поставки более серьезных средств нападения Украине. Сейчас колонны войск движутся по Польше к границе с Украиной. Возможно, России угрожали присоединением Польши к конфликту.

Не знаю, и вряд ли мы узнаем это до того, как события произойдут. Но то, что Запад не будет спокойно сидеть и смотреть, как его план по Украине рушится — уверен.

Да, и я бы не стал так сильно рассчитывать на Китай. За невмешательство на стороне России, и в случае её распада Китаю могут пообещать Сибирь и Дальний Восток. Такой себе немаленький приз…

Wallace's fears are caused by partial mobilization in Russia, shelling of energy facilities. The latter was called this: civilians are being targeted in a new way. The urgency of the visit is also caused by statements by Vladimir Putin, allegedly with nuclear threats. I ask you to pay attention to the last, this is important. The fact is that the President of Russia has never threatened to use nuclear weapons, unlike Zelensky, who called on NATO to launch a preventive nuclear strike against Russia. But, nevertheless, it was the nuclear threat from Russia that was named among the reasons for Wallace's visit to the United States.

Yesterday, Pentagon chief Austin called Russian Defense Minister Shoigu. That is, the British Defense Ministry, leaving urgent matters, flies to the States to meet with the US Defense Ministry. There they confer, and after that the US DoD calls the Russian DoD. This call can have two explanations. First, he called to offer peace and negotiations. Second, he called to issue an ultimatum.

For several hours I studied the comments of the conversation between Shoigu and Lloyd and the trip of the British Ministry of Defense in the Western media. Surprisingly, I didn't find anything interesting. No one comments on such a significant event, how they got water in their mouths, there are no detailed comments.

If the conversation concerned peace talks, then it would be logical for them to be conducted by the presidents. But the press secretary of the President of Russia, Peskov, said that there were no plans for a telephone conversation between Putin and Biden after Shoigu's conversation with the US DoD. Dot. So, it is more logical to think that the conversation was not about the world. However, after the explosions of gas pipelines, it is clear that the West will go to the end. The world will not suit him. The territory of Russia and its natural resources have already been divided among the Western states. There is no way back.

What conclusion can be drawn from all this? The Russian government, albeit with a great delay, made the absolutely right decision to partially mobilize and disable Ukrainian energy infrastructure facilities. These two decisions were the reason for the urgent visit of the British Defense Ministry to the United States. This is Russia's exit beyond the flags ( https://t.me/olegtsarov/3558 ) of the corridor along which it is being led to the slaughter, encouraging peace negotiations and the end of the war. Note that the UK MoD flew to the US. That is, the subject of the conversation was so confidential that I had to fly, it was impossible to discuss it over the phone. The fact that Russia has begun mobilization and disables substations and thermal power plants is no secret. It turns out that was not discussed. I think that they discussed Russia's ultimatum and the measures that the West will take if Russia does not accept the ultimatum.
